Hello, everyone. I'm a Chinese teacher and head teacher in Class 38. We have known each other for three years. In these three years, we have forged a profound friendship and become good friends. I haven't held a parent-teacher conference for a long time. I really have a lot of heartfelt wishes to tell you. But because I am very busy at work, I have no time to sit together and exchange feelings. Here, I apologize first.
From the first grade of children to the present, we have witnessed the growth process of children, during which there are many joys and many sourness. I feel the same way as you. I found that students' basic qualities are not very different, but there are still some differences in learning. We should study and analyze the reasons and factors that cause these differences. I have a little humble opinion, I beg to differ. In my opinion, the key to children's learning differences is related to their study habits. Some children have very good study habits, so they show strong initiative, high enthusiasm and outstanding academic achievements in their studies. Some children don't develop good habits, which is manifested in their studies. They don't have a strong purpose in learning, and they don't know why they want to learn, let alone their enthusiasm and initiative. Of course, the academic performance will not be too good. The reason for this situation is not entirely because of children. I think the responsibility of parents is also unshirkable. Some parents are too busy with work, have no time to accompany their children, and lack parent-child activities, so they rarely have some subtle influence on their children's habits or intelligence. Instead, they leave their children to the elderly and do their own things. The child indulges in front of the old man, and the old man can't bear the child to cry. Over time, they developed the habit of being lazy, reaching for clothes and making ends meet. Because studying is much more boring than playing. Now it is difficult for him to restrain himself, concentrate on class and do his homework carefully. Moreover, when children go to school, parents have not realized this problem, paid no attention to children's habits, studied the causes of learning difficulties, and failed to help children develop good habits in time. Now the difference is even bigger. As we all know, the third grade is a climbing stage. Judging from the development of students in this year, this phenomenon does exist. Many students get good grades in the first and second grades, but they can't keep up with them in the third grade. Despite the teacher's best efforts, there was little effect.
The above is my personal opinion, please forgive me for the improper place. Next, I will talk about some of my class management ideas, basic ideas and students' school situation.
I have been teaching 16 years and have acted as an agent in junior high schools and primary schools; I have taught English, mathematics, Chinese and other courses, and I like Chinese and English best, because there are many similarities in knowledge structure and learning methods between the two subjects. I like quiet, thinking and feeling, so I have my own unique learning methods since I was a child, accumulating more, summarizing more, thinking more and consulting more, and never letting go of a question. I am well aware of the importance of study habits and methods. Therefore, when I educate students, I often tell them my personal experiences and feelings, and even pass on good experiences to them. I hope I can help them a little. My consistent educational philosophy is solid and in-depth study; Don't float on the surface, be content with a little gain. Don't be vain, because learning can't be fake. I have always paid attention to the subtle influence on children from personality, outlook on life, values and study habits. There is only one purpose: to develop good study habits and lay a good foundation for future study and life. I think students' interest in learning is very important. I try my best to infect students with my knowledge and personality, "kiss their teachers and believe in their ways." I don't know how the students feel, but I'm trying to do so.
