The first type: linear function
This is a straight line.
The second kind: quadratic function
Firstly, the symmetry axis (i.e. the vertex) is determined, and then the intersection point with the X axis is determined.
Like ax 2+bx+c = 0a > 0, the opening is upward, and when a is less than 0, the opening is downward.
The third kind: cubic function
This kind of function generally does not require you to draw its image accurately, but only requires you to draw it roughly when finding the domain (the image usage of this kind of function in high school is still quite large)
This need is first deduced, then the maximum and minimum values are calculated, and then drawn according to monotonous intervals.
The fourth kind: ellipse, hyperbola and parabola.
In this way, just determine a few points.
An ellipse has four vertices and two focuses.
Four vertices (two points are imaginary) and two focuses of a hyperbola.
Parabola is the opening direction, focus and directrix.
Fifth: power function exponential function logarithmic function
You only need to master the focus position and monotonous interval of the X(Y) axis.
(The classification of the above parts is a bit overlapping. )
