Since our design is a disk, we can draw a big circle with compasses and divide it into ten plates, and write the numbers we need on these plates, 1- 10. Then we need to draw a pointer so that when we turn it again, the pointer can stay on the number we need to match.

After the design drawings are completed, you can start preparing tools. First, we should prepare a piece of hard paper. Draw it into a big circle. Now draw ten lines on the circle. Write the numbers from one to ten on these blank boards, and then we need a circle and cut a hole in the middle of the circle. Put a stick through it, then make an active axis below it, and then put our pointer on the circle, so that a digital roulette wheel is finished.
