Tao Zhexuan math class
Edison said, "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% sweat." Everyone heard this sentence when they were children, but no one told us that the second part was: "But that 1% is the most important." Of course, it doesn't mean that hard work is useless, but we should face up to the IQ gap between genius and ordinary people.

In the Wechsler scale developed by 19 16, the IQ of normal people is between 80- 120, and the IQ higher than 130 is considered as extremely high. As we all know, Einstein, a genius, has an IQ as high as 165. There is a math genius in our country, whose IQ is even 240. 8 years old, 760 points in the college entrance examination. How is he now?

The genius's name is Tao Zhexuan, 1975 was born in Australia, and his parents are Australian Chinese. Tao Zhexuan's mother is a math teacher, and the teacher's family always seems to know how to raise children better. Tao Zhexuan began to read her mother's books when she was two years old, because her mother's work was always associated with math textbooks, but at that time she felt that her son couldn't understand them.

Later, I overheard Tao Zhexuan doing a math problem with his mouth, and his mother realized that he had been reading carefully before. Tao Mu was surprised and thought that her son would definitely achieve something in mathematics in the future, so she sent him to the South Australia Special Education Association for Gifted Children.

Since 1980, Tao Zhexuan, a primary school student, has taught himself calculus in college early. Because of his excellent ability in mathematics, he is also very interested in programming. At the age of seven and a half, he wrote his first book, in which he introduced how to calculate the perfect number with the Basic program.

When he was eight and a half years old, Tao Zhexuan entered junior high school. Because he has finished the course at this stage, he has concentrated on the math contest. The problem that teenage middle school students can't find a clue has been solved here. At this time, he was invited to take the math test of the American college entrance examination and got 760 points (out of 800). This result appeared in a child under 9 years old and shocked many American professors.

/kloc-At the age of 0/3, Tao Zhexuan won the gold medal in the International Mathematical Olympiad. With these honors, at the age of 14, he came to study at Flinders University, and he skipped classes in middle school. He completed his undergraduate studies in two years and his master's degree in the following year.

/kloc-at the age of 0/7, he came to Princeton University to study mathematics, where he received his doctorate. Seven years later, he was invited to teach at the University of California and became the youngest full professor. Tao Zhexuan, who became a professor, never slacked off. Climbing the peak of mathematics is his pursuit. During his teaching here, he constantly clashed with the mathematics professors around him, and many predecessors were impressed by the wisdom of this young man.

In 2006, Tao Zhexuan won the Fields Prize, which is called the Nobel Prize in mathematics. He is also the first Australian and the second China in history to win this honor. Later, Tao Zhexuan also returned to China briefly with his parents. Although he has never lived in this land, he speaks Cantonese very well. Maybe China is the "root" in his heart.

Today, Tao Zhexuan, once known as the first mathematical genius, is 45 years old. He has formed his own family and a pair of lovely children. In addition to teachers and researchers, he also has the status of husband and father, and his life is full and happy. In the field of mathematics, he is still very young but has made outstanding contributions. Many China students are proud of him and affectionately call him "Shen Tao".
