Summary of high school mathematics practice
The hectic internship life is over. In this short period of more than a month, I have established deep feelings with my classmates and teachers. Practice is the last extremely important practical teaching link in our school. Through practice, we can get in touch with the practical work related to our mathematics in social practice, integrate theory with practice, improve our practical ability, and lay a certain foundation for us to go to work after graduation; At the same time, it can test the teaching effect, so as to further improve the quality of education and teaching, cultivate qualified talents to accumulate experience and prepare for their smooth integration into the social environment.
From September 15, 14 and his party came to Songzi experiment and learned that we left 10/6, and nearly two months were happy and full. We are 14 people, we didn't know each other at first, and finally we became a family. We miss preparing lessons together, chatting and laughing together.
Below we mainly introduce our internship from three aspects:
educational practice
Of course, the most important work this month is teaching practice. Since the first week, we have been preparing for future teaching. I'm really excited about my first day at school. It must be our first internship, and it must be our first time walking on campus as a teacher. On the first day, I didn't have any substantive work. I just listened to the speeches of the principal and the teaching director, looked at the school environment and got a preliminary understanding of the school.
In the first week or two, all the members of our group listened to each teacher's class or each other's class, and then we discussed with each other the teacher's ideas and the course handling. In this process, I also realized that a teacher really should pay attention to many problems in teaching, especially the experienced teacher's grasp of some knowledge details is far behind us! They all have their own styles, so I was wondering what to do if I came to give a lecture and how to treat the teaching materials. We spent the first week happily and fully!
In the third week, everyone was basically preparing lessons, and I was also preparing lesson plans and giving lectures. I asked my tutor's permission to start with the parity of the function. The content of this section is very simple, but it is difficult to make it clear for students to understand. I asked the teacher questions about students, how to grasp the speed and depth of lectures! I was a little nervous when I first gave a lecture. Although I carefully studied the teaching materials in advance and carefully wrote the lesson plan according to my own understanding, I can say that I have a well-thought-out plan. In the course of lectures, I try my best to make students understand the ins and outs of concepts bit by bit according to my own ideas. After the lecture, my tutor gave me pertinent advice, pointing out that my voice was not loud enough and my blackboard writing was not rational enough. Writing on the blackboard is for students to copy notes, not scientific and reasonable typesetting like drafting.
With the experience and lessons of the first lecture, I feel that the following courses are getting smoother and more successful. I try my best to reflect my ideas from the simplest and clearest angle so that students can understand them easily. No matter how simple the problem is, I will also calculate it myself and give a standardized format. After class, I will try my best to communicate with students and ask them about their views and understanding of my class. If I don't understand, I will tell them again seriously. As long as I can help them solve their problems, I will try my best to help them! I also help teachers to correct homework and invigilate. On the other hand, I can learn about my teaching. According to homework and invigilation, adjust the progress and difficulties of teaching in time.
Second-level teacher practice
The practice of the head teacher is also an important part of our practice. The practice of the head teacher is to assist the former head teacher to do the daily work of the class and organize the class activities. As soon as we arrived at the internship school, we began to be class teachers and stayed until the end of the internship. According to the requirements of the practice school, I study by myself every morning, so I attend classes before 7: 00 every morning, organize students to clean up, record the list of late students, maintain discipline, and let the students in school have a quiet learning environment and enter the learning state as soon as possible; Organize self-study in the last class at noon, answer students' questions in the fourth class in the afternoon, and explain some extracurricular topics as needed. The tutor didn't ask us to stay for evening self-study, but we will consciously stay for evening self-study in mathematics to help the teacher.
After getting to know the students to some extent, we should selectively educate the students in the class individually, and according to their specific performance, educate them in many aspects, such as thoughts, goals, study and life, so that they can realize their shortcomings, correct them in time, and set a good example in the class. Our group teaches senior one, senior two, key classes and parallel classes. Because we have come into contact with all kinds of students, we should have a personal experience of different types of classes through internship. At the beginning, we all encountered many problems in the work of the head teacher, such as not daring to communicate with students actively, how to manage disobedient students and how to hold activities. For these problems, our group discussed and found solutions together, and each student benefited a lot.
The practice school holds a class meeting every Wednesday afternoon. From the beginning of the internship to the end of the internship for one and a half months, we organize a class meeting once a week. Its themes are novel and instructive, such as "Welcome National Day, Create a New Atmosphere", "One-month Reflection on Senior High School Life" and "Senior High School Learning Methods". These class meetings greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of students, and students took the initiative to participate and achieved good results. We organized many basketball games through extracurricular activities, which attracted many students from other classes to watch.
3. Publicity work
In terms of publicity, on the whole, our group's publicity work is still good. According to the requirements of the school, we made bulletin boards and briefings, and the number of propaganda manuscripts was large and the quality was good. The briefing was held twice in Shashi Middle School and once in several hospitals, and the publicity work was well completed. I also wrote a lot of propaganda drafts under the leadership of the propaganda Committee, which met the requirements.
Through this internship, we came into contact with our practical work in mathematics teaching in teaching practice. I have strengthened my perceptual knowledge, cultivated my ability to analyze and solve problems independently by comprehensively applying my learned knowledge, teaching theory and skills, and also combined educational theory with teaching practice to personally experience the hardships and glory of being a teacher.
These two months of educational practice have improved our abilities in all aspects and greatly improved our comprehensive quality. It has made us take a solid step towards becoming an excellent people's teacher. Although the internship experience is about to pass, I will still look back at my footprints there. I believe it will not be the end of my journey, but the beginning of my challenge and hope.
