Friend, do you know how big the universe is? Astronomy tells us that people look at the universe with the naked eye, but it is actually just a sky composed of about 6,000 small stars. But in fact, the vastness of the universe is really daunting. Take the "Milky Way" as an example. It actually has more than 200 billion stars, and most of them are thousands of times larger than the sun. Our galaxy is actually very big. If you can fly at the speed of light (that is, 300,000 kilometers per second), it will take 65,438+million years to cross the galaxy! The human brain has been unable to understand such volume and distance, however, the Milky Way is only the beginning of outer space! Because astronomers can see more than 65.438+0.5 billion light-years of planets and billions of galaxies similar to the Milky Way with the help of radio space telescopes and artificial spacecraft. But there's more than the telescope can see! How big is the universe? It can't be measured yet.

Not only that, astronomers also found that the arrangement of the universe is almost amazing. It turns out that the whole universe, from infinity to infinitesimal, from galaxy clusters to atomic nuclei (which we will continue to discuss below), is organized in an orderly and wonderful way. Discovery, an authoritative scientific magazine in the United States, commented: "We are surprised to see its order, and physicists are constantly discovering new amazing categories in this great order. The vastness and wonderful arrangement of the universe are really amazing. In admiration, we can't help asking about its origin. Now, scientists have come to a unanimous conclusion: the universe must have an extraordinary beginning. A famous theory that scientists try to describe the origin of the universe is called "Big Bang Theory". They believe that the universe was originally composed of something similar to a nuclear bomb, which was gradually formed after a sudden violent explosion. In the 1920s, American scientist Hubble discovered the phenomenon of "redshift", which proved that the universe was the result of expansion (explosion) and was still expanding, so the "Big Bang" theory was supported by experiments. This theory means that the space of the universe is limited and there is a beginning in time. Therefore, the universe is eternal, and the traditional atheistic philosophy with no beginning, no end and no beginning in time is declared bankrupt.

However, the problem does not stop there. Because the "Big Bang" theory still can't explain the following questions:

First of all, it is still a mystery to scientists where the "cosmic egg" came from. Because this "cosmic egg" must contain infinite energy and matter, where do these raw materials come from?

Third, this theory shows that the universe started from a "singularity". It is called "singularity" because all scientific laws are not applicable at this point, and after the "explosion", the universe followed an established pattern-that is, all scientific laws are running today. Natural evolutionists can't answer the above questions. So far, all scientific explorations have come to a dead end. So natural science can't really explain the origin of the universe.

However, regardless of the specific process of the formation of the universe, according to the conclusion of modern science and philosophy, the composition of the universe must have these five basic elements: time, space, matter (gravity), energy and motion.

"At first"-the beginning of time; "Heaven"-space; "Ground"-substance (gravity due to its mass); "Operation"-the source or the first driving force of movement; "Light"-energy.

Because modern science has risen for more than 300 years! No wonder Dr. Mond, President of the Royal Chemical Society, pointed to these verses and said, "This is the foundation of all real science and all real religions."

Second, the order of the universe-smart managers

Astronomy tells us that in the universe, every planet has its own orbit, angle and speed, which has been running accurately and orderly for thousands of years. For example, it takes 27.3 days for the moon to go around the earth once. The earth revolves around the sun with the moon, every revolution 1 year; The sun makes a big orbit around the center of the Milky Way with nine planets, including the earth, and it takes 250 million years for each revolution. The center of the Milky Way and its huge galaxies revolve around an unknown center ... Countless glittering galaxies in the whole universe rotate at high speed in space, and this great and magnificent team is moving towards the goal that that person cannot measure. When john glenn, the first American astronaut, walked in space, he noticed that around him, "the whole universe is so orderly that all the planets follow the specified orbits." "Could this be an accident?" He said, "I can't believe ... there must be some great power to put all this into orbit and keep it the same."

My friend, when we see a neat and clean garden full of flowers and trees, we can be sure that there is a gardener in charge; When we see a factory with orderly production and workers step by step, we can be sure that the director is in charge. So, when we see this orderly universe now, should we also believe that there is a manager?

But natural evolutionists always deliberately avoid this reasonable question, saying that all this happened by accident. But how can this be regarded as "scientific logic"? Since small organizations have to be managed, how can this extremely complex and grand universe be orderly without managers? So here, the Bible declares that there is an almighty God, "The Lord has set up his throne in heaven, and his authority rules over all things." (poem 103: 19)- What a reasonable answer this should be!

Please look at a true story that happened in the scientific community: Newton, a great scientist, had a godless friend named ingersoll. He often argued with him that everything was created by nature, not by God. One day, he saw a model of the solar system in Newton's home, with a gold-plated sun at the center and nine planets around it. When the crank is pulled, each star moves in its own orbit, which is very clever. Ingersoll praised and asked whose masterpiece this exquisite model was. Newton said with a smile: "There is no man-made, it is born for no reason, it exists naturally." Ingersoll said: "Impossible, even a three-year-old child can't fool this!" Newton immediately said seriously, "This small model of the solar system still can't make you believe in natural generation. Third, the accuracy of planetary operation-intelligent designers.

In addition, the organization of the universe is so precise that people can use the period of celestial bodies as the basis of world timing. For example, what we call "a year" is the time it takes for the earth to make a circle around the sun, that is, 365 days, 5 hours, 48 minutes and 46 seconds. Its accuracy and stability are far superior to any timer in the world. Imagine that if its operation cycle is slow 1 minute every year, then it will be slow 1 hour in these 60 years! If so, who will calibrate it? Fortunately, the "clockwork" of the universe is extremely accurate and remains unchanged for thousands of years! However, any clock that runs accurately is obviously designed by a wise mind. Then, when we see that the universe has a more accurate cycle than clocks, shouldn't we believe in a wise designer?

Dr Werner wernher von braun, an American rocket expert, made great contributions to landing on the moon. He saw the problem. He said: "the laws of the universe are very precise, so it is not difficult for us to make a spaceship to fly to the moon." We can also calculate the flight time with an accuracy of 1 sec. Someone must have made these laws. "

It commented: "Cosmic evolutionists are embarrassed to think of it here, because it seems that such specific and accurate environmental factors cannot happen by accident. One of the ways to deal with this problem is that all this is deliberately designed and is due to God. "

So many people, including many scientists, have accepted this irrefutable conclusion-wisdom. They admit that the greatness, accuracy and cleverness of the universe can't be accidental. All this must be the crystallization of an extraordinary mind. This is the conclusion reached by a biblical writer. Pointing to the material heaven, he said, "Lift up your eyes and see who created all these things and bring them out according to the number. He called their names, because of his strength and power, he did not lack one. ..... The eternal God, the Lord, the creator of the ends of the earth, is neither tired nor sleepy, and his wisdom cannot be measured. " (Sai 40: 26, 28)

Fourthly, the universality of natural law-the power of legislators.

Now we also know that the whole universe-from infinity to infinitesimal, from galaxy clusters to atomic nuclei-is governed by some physical laws. For example, electricity, light, wave, force, heat and other physical branches are governed by corresponding natural laws. For example, there are "Newton's Law of Motion" and "Law of Gravitation" in mechanics; There are Faraday's Law and Ohm's Law in electricity. There are "the law of conservation of mass and energy" and "the law of entropy increase" in thermodynamics. Even inside tiny atoms, it follows Hunter's Law, Pauli's Exclusion Principle and so on. Stephen Hawking, the top physicist in today's scientific community, said: "The deeper we study the universe, the more we feel that it is not chaotic at all, but operates according to different kinds of laws. Therefore, the wonderful operation of natural laws constitutes the "management system" of the whole universe, reminding us that the universe seems to be like an excellent school with strict management system. A headmaster uses his wisdom to formulate various systems and management regulations, and uses his power (authority and ability) to maintain the smooth implementation of various systems. As a result, the whole school was in good order. In fact, it is not only the school system, but all other laws and codes in the world will admit that it must be formulated by a legislator, and this legislator must have two conditions-wisdom and power, both of which are indispensable.

So now, when we see these brilliant laws of the universe, should we also admit that there must be an extremely intelligent mind and an omnipotent legislator behind them? Evolutionists can't avoid this logical problem. However, the Bible clearly tells us that the law of nature is a powerful command issued by the creator according to his will: "He (Jesus) is the glory of God, the true image of God's body, and holds up all things with his powerful command" (Hebrews 1:3). He is the God who makes the sun shine during the day and makes the stars and the moon have rules (Jeremiah 3/kloc-0)

Furthermore, generally speaking, the rulers in the world often implement the specific management process in the form of "legislation" (establishing laws or regulations), and here, we also see that the master who manages the universe actually uses the same means-governing the whole nature in the form of legislation (establishing natural laws)-isn't this a very reasonable thing?

Readers, the universal existence and wonderful operation of natural laws are powerfully witnessing the existence of an all-powerful master with irrefutable evidence!

V. Eternity of Natural Laws-Defender of Great Power

Now let's think about this question again: if the universe evolves, then the laws of nature attached to the universe will certainly change with the evolution. This is, of course, one of the most basic and simple inferences of evolution. But the undeniable fact is that all scientific observations have confirmed that all the basic laws of nature (or formulas used to describe laws) are fixed, the basic properties of matter and energy are eternal, and the sum of mass and energy is also conserved. There is no sign that they are changing or developing, and the law will not become "the law of change" or "the law of evolution". The laws of gravity, thermodynamics, Newton's motion, energy transformation and conservation, momentum conservation and so on, as well as all other real natural laws, have obviously not changed from the past to the present. The college physics textbook (edited by Zhu Zhiguang) used in China in the 1990s also clearly pointed out on page 53: "The invariance of physical constants reflects the definite regularity in the universe."

Therefore, the invariance of natural laws constitutes a serious problem of evolution. The Bible has long said that it is God who keeps them unchanged by his great power, and he is the sustainer of all things: "May all these praise the name of the Lord, because they were created by his command. He built these forever and ever; He is doomed and cannot be abolished. " (poem 148:5-6).

Moreover, from the existence of the first law of thermodynamics, we can see that God is the defender of great power. This law, also known as the law of conservation of energy, points out that the total energy of the universe is a constant, which can neither be increased nor decreased; It can only change from one form to another, or transfer from one object to another.

Obviously, this law contradicts the basic logic of evolution. Because if the universe is evolving, its total energy will inevitably be constantly created (evolved). But this is not the case. On the other hand, the Bible clearly records: "Everything in heaven and earth was created, and on the seventh day, God's creation was completed and ... rested" (Gen 2:2), so the total energy (mass energy) of the universe did not increase after that; The other two scriptures (2 Peter 3:6-7, Nehemiah 9:6) also show that everything is being preserved (maintained) and will not disappear out of thin air-these two scriptures together constitute the law of conservation of energy! Therefore, here we not only see that God is the maintainer of power, but also see the authority and authenticity of biblical revelation.

Attachment: the second law of thermodynamics and biblical enlightenment

The second law of thermodynamics, that is, the famous "law of entropy increase invariance" in physics, is generally described as: it is impossible for heat to be automatically transferred from a low-temperature object to a high-temperature object. A more professional description is that if each system is allowed to develop naturally, the result will change from complexity to simplicity and from order to chaos. Obviously, this law shows the downward trend of natural change system. For example, a new machine is always rusty and damaged; A new house is always getting old until it collapses. (Note: Seed germination and growth does not violate this law, because it contains life itself, and every living thing will eventually wither and die). Our college physics textbook (edited by Zhu Zhiguang) also mentioned on page 187: "A lot of observations and experiments show that all spontaneous changes in nature are directional and irreversible, which is the essence of the second law of thermodynamics."

But if there is enough external force (energy) and planned and conscious intervention, the above situation can be changed. For example, you can ask a mechanic to rebuild an old machine; You can ask the builders to repair or rebuild the house, and so on. However, these tasks can't be accomplished if there is enough ability without wisdom in the environment. For example, if you let a bison do the above work, even if it has enough strength, it just rushes in and brings destruction, which can't lead to good results.

It's time for all evolutionists to admit that their theories contradict the laws of nature that have been widely proved and accepted by scientists all over the world! Because anyone with a little scientific knowledge knows that life is undoubtedly a highly orderly product. However, in this universe that generally abides by the law of entropy increase, if the basic particles of matter can evolve into elements, compounds, protein, living cells, animals and plants, human beings and even the whole social civilization, it will be as incredible as the ruins automatically return to tall buildings and decorate themselves more and more beautifully! However, things happened! So, who is intervening in a planned way? Who used his wisdom to guide these simple matter particles to become more orderly and complicated? Evolutionists can't answer such a difficult question, because enough solar energy alone can't complete this arduous and complicated task!

Therefore, the law of thermodynamics has become a fatal problem in evolution. The most important law in this universe was discovered and proved more than 100 years ago. As early as 3000 years ago, the Bible mentioned that "heaven and earth grow old like a coat" (Ps. 102: 26), which deserves attention.

Scientists know that the law of thermodynamics is reliable, but they don't know why the natural change process of everything obeys this decay law. In fact, the answer to this question can only be found in the revelation of the Bible. The Bible tells us that God created everything in the world for himself and mankind. Man is a special creation of God, created by God according to his own image and style, and is the most honorable and glorious in essence. Moreover, God has given mankind the privilege of managing the whole nature. Unfortunately, the ancestors of mankind abused their free will and disobeyed God's orders, committing crimes, which not only led to death and corruption, but also led to the loss of the whole universe (Gen. 3: 17- 19, Rom. 8: 20-22)-This is the origin of the second law of thermodynamics. Fortunately, however, the Bible also tells us that God will lay down his life through the suffering of his son Jesus Christ, and in the future, the whole universe will be restored and enter a "new heaven and new earth" (Rev. 2 1: 1-5).

Six, the formulation of the law-the highest mathematician

Anyone who has read middle school physics can recite several formulas of physical laws, such as displacement formula s=vt, pressure theorem P=F/s, Hooke's law F=Kx, Ou Mo's law I=U/R, Joule's law Q=I2Rt and so on. Stranger still, sometimes the formula of another law can be deduced from the formulas of several different laws. For example, if the formula of acceleration a =(Vt-V0)/t is substituted into the formula of Newton's second law of motion F=am, the formula of momentum theorem FT = M (vt-v0) can be obtained. Even the famous "relativity" formula is actually derived from Taylor formula in advanced mathematics and Lorentz transformation formula in physics.

Obviously, the mathematical expression of this law cannot be explained by any natural evolution theory, because it shows that there must be a most advanced mathematician behind it. The Bible clearly declares that God is the source of all wisdom and knowledge (Proverbs 2: 6) and he is the "all-rounder of knowledge". "He created the earth with his ability, established the world with his wisdom, and spread the sky with his wisdom." (Job 37: 16, Jeremiah 10: 12) The Bible even mentions that when God created the universe, Jesus Christ, the son of God, was an "engineer" (Proverbs 8: 30), so it is obvious that he designed the universe through "calculation".

The massive imitation of organisms by human beings also reminds us of the words in the Bible: "Ask animals and they will teach you;" Ask the birds in the air and they will tell you. Or talk to the earth, the earth will teach you, and the fish in the sea will explain it to you. Look at all this, who doesn't know that this is the hand of God? " (Bo 12: 7-9)。

He told us through the Bible that since Adam, the ancestor of mankind, sinned and abandoned God, all mankind was trapped in sin and transgression and could not save itself. According to God's just judgment, the soul after death can only go to hell and be punished forever. However, the true God really loves the world.
