The league is organized by the Mathematical Modeling Association of China University of Mining and Technology, and the organizing committee of the Subei Mathematical Modeling League is responsible for initiating registration, drafting contest questions, organizing the evaluation and award of excellent answers, printing award certificates and holding award ceremony every year. The competition is organized by schools, and the venues of each school are arranged by themselves. Teams that are not organized by colleges and universities can sign up for the competition at the Organizing Committee of Subei Mathematical Modeling League. Each team consists of three college students (undergraduate or junior college students) with formal school status. Each team chooses one of the questions A, B and C to complete the paper, and the undergraduate group and the specialist group review it respectively.
