This year, the examinations on physical education and health, information technology, and physical and chemical experimental skills, which were suspended due to the epidemic last year, will be resumed. The unified examination subjects for junior middle school grade three are Chinese, mathematics, English (including listening), physics, chemistry, morality and rule of law, history, physical education and health, information technology and physical and chemical experimental skills. The subjects of the unified examination in the second grade of junior high school are geography and biology. Students who didn't take the Binzhou geography and biology exam in grade three should take the grade two to sign up for the exam.

On the application of examination results. The total score of high school enrollment this year is 690 points, among which, the scores of Chinese, mathematics, English, science and liberal arts are 30 points lower than those in 2020. Chinese, mathematics and English subjects are included in the total score of the exam according to 120 (included in the total score according to the original score of the candidates). Comprehensive scores of science 120 (physics, chemistry and biology are included in the comprehensive scores according to 55%, 35% and 30% of the candidates' original scores respectively) and liberal arts 120 (morality and rule of law, history and geography are included in the comprehensive scores according to 50%, 45% and 25% of the candidates' original scores respectively). From 2022, the subjects of physical education and health will be included in the total test score according to 100.
