Mathematics is a very important subject in primary schools. Mathematics knowledge in primary schools is closely related to students' lives. Therefore, interest is the best teacher. This paper mainly discusses how to improve the learning interest of students with learning difficulties in primary school mathematics teaching.

The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) takes the promotion of students' healthy growth as the starting point and the end result of all work. The new curriculum standard requires that "all students must be oriented to enable them to acquire basic mathematics literacy" and "everyone should learn valuable mathematics"! As a rural teacher, many years of teaching experience let me see that the group of "students with learning difficulties" is increasing day by day, which is no longer a problem faced by individual classes and schools! Especially the "students with learning difficulties" in primary school, it seriously affects students' physical and mental health, hinders their academic development, buries their interest in learning and directly affects the implementation of quality education! We must take responsibility, carefully analyze the reasons, adopt strategies in teaching, improve children's interest in mathematics knowledge, control the generation of students with learning difficulties and improve teaching quality.

First, the reasons why students with learning difficulties are not interested in mathematics.

1, interest is the origin of everything, whether it is knowledge or math teachers, there will be resistance without interest, and learning will be impossible. Mathematical knowledge is abstract and logical, and primary school students have the characteristics of transition from concrete thinking in images to logical thinking. "Students with learning difficulties" are mostly simple-minded. They seem too lazy to think about any slightly complicated problems. If there is no interest as a driving force to urge them to study actively, then learning is impossible!

2, improper learning methods, repeated failures, can not feel the joy of learning. Improper learning methods and poor foundation lead to knowledge omission and lack of systematicness. Some students often memorize some definitions, formulas and rules in mathematics, and learn knowledge without seeking answers. Therefore, the knowledge learned is in a state of disorder, and it is impossible to grasp the vertical structure and horizontal connection of knowledge, which leads to poor understanding and transfer ability, lack of generalization, induction and extrapolation ability, and it is difficult to find a solution when encountering slightly difficult mathematical knowledge topics and comprehensive application topics. Family education is the first school for students. Our school belongs to a rural school in Gaoling District. Some students' parents are not well educated. Most students have grandparents' education. China's traditional concept of "generation separation" leads to grandparents' doting on their children, and they have no good study habits and learning environment since childhood.

Some students with learning difficulties become students with learning difficulties because they don't feel the joy of learning, hate schools and teachers, and are bored with learning. Due to various social factors, they are addicted to games and lack family management.

In order to make students with learning difficulties interested in math class, math teachers are encouraged to apply the concept of "reading stories and learning math" to teaching, so that students can choose various short stories related to the course in each class, making the math class more colorful and vivid, and the students with learning difficulties are more willing to participate in the class!

Let the students with learning difficulties no longer be afraid of mathematics, feel that mathematics is so close to life, and suddenly improve their enthusiasm for learning mathematics.

Third, create a good warm atmosphere and improve the learning interest of students with learning difficulties.

Love is the gentlest language that makes people forge ahead! Let students know about the traditional festivals in China, and encourage them to make greeting cards and gifts for their parents on Mother's Day, Father's Day and other festivals, so that students can feel grateful and have a harmonious family relationship!

Establish a home-school interaction system, so that students with learning difficulties can feel valued, cared for from all sides, and feel that learning is for themselves. Teachers communicate with parents to reduce the pressure on students with learning difficulties and make them go into battle easily. Communicate with parents who are not with their children and go out to work. Even if they are not around, technology is so advanced now. Video call with children every day to let them know that space can't stop love. In different ways, let children understand that love will always accompany them even if people are not around!

Each class establishes student pairing activities in the class, so that students can establish "good friends" in their study and life, harmonize the relationship between students with learning difficulties and class members, make them no longer feel inferior and helpless, let them study healthily in warmth, make students with learning difficulties more confident, love their family and life, get along very well with their classmates, and improve the learning effect of mathematics steadily.

Fourth, optimize the teaching staff and improve the learning interest of students with learning difficulties.

Optimize the teaching staff, let them establish a correct educational concept, do not abandon, do not give up, and let education truly face every student. Enhance the artistry of teachers' teaching language, make teaching lively and interesting, and implement the teaching mode of "low starting point, more induction, diligent practice and more praise" for students with learning difficulties, so as to lay a solid foundation for mathematics.

Through the classroom teaching reform, the students with learning difficulties are educated and intervened by using the opportunity of "successful education" provided by extracurricular interest groups, and their initiative in learning mathematics is fully exerted.
