This requires our technicians to observe, study and learn more, fully grasp the current running state of the equipment, accurately judge the future running changes of the equipment, and keep abreast of emerging technologies. Solve the problem before the equipment fails, and make innovations, so that it can not only ensure normal operation, but also be improved. So that each equipment can give full play to its own functions, and achieve the purpose of reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving labor efficiency, improving efficiency and safe production.
Second, earnestly shoulder the responsibility of training and do your duty for the engineering department to build a high-quality technical team. All production and business activities of an enterprise are inseparable from people, and the quality of people will determine the development direction and future destiny of the enterprise. Therefore, training is always in a very important position in enterprises. At present, the technical quality of engineers and technicians in China faces two major problems: first, the original technicians are in short supply and their quality is uneven; Second, after the steam injection station is put into operation, it is bound to increase a group of people. Now there are no mature steam injection technicians in Henan Oilfield, so the technical quality of Canada can be imagined! Therefore, our training task is very heavy, so we should earnestly take responsibility and grasp the training work. We should be good at training young workers to participate in scientific and technological research in various ways, and help and train them enthusiastically in various ways, such as hand-in-hand tracking, guidance and counseling, so that they can gradually provoke the beam; In training, we should not only impart ideas, methods and techniques, but also help them to exercise their will to participate in technical research and cultivate a good attitude towards innovation. Everyone should make use of their own advantages, unite talents, gather talents, and concentrate their wisdom to make suggestions for the development of the engineering department.
Third, study hard new technologies and new processes, and master and apply new equipment as soon as possible. "My life is limited, but my knowledge is infinite." "People who have knowledge are powerful." Even the ancients did.
