Starting from the depth and difficulty of evaluation, kirkpatrick divides the training effect into four progressive levels: ① First-level evaluation-reactivity evaluation; ② Secondary evaluation-learning evaluation; ③ Three-level evaluation-behavior evaluation; ④ Four-level evaluation-result evaluation. Among them, reactive evaluation refers to evaluating students' satisfaction with the course. This level of assessment time is usually conducted at the training site or immediately after the course. The evaluation content includes organization arrangement, venue, lecturer, course content, etc. The evaluation method is generally to collect satisfaction through questionnaire survey, and sometimes to conduct sampling interviews. Item A is the evaluation method used in behavior evaluation; BD is an evaluation method used in learning evaluation.
