About six days. Efforts should be made to build a professional team of general social workers with firm politics, excellent quality and exquisite business, so as to improve the theoretical literacy, professional level and working ability of community cadres. The training targets are the heads of civil affairs bureaus in cities (districts), the heads of grass-roots political power and community construction departments, the top ten and outstanding community workers in cities, the heads of urban streets in cities (districts), the secretaries of urban community party organizations or the directors of neighborhood committees.

Training content

(1) seminar. Combined with the practice of community work, by inviting provincial and municipal experts and business backbones to explain the knowledge of party building leading community governance and service, community work practice in the new period, community home care service, strengthening and innovating community governance and service, social transformation and social governance innovation, the ability and level of community workers to serve residents will be improved;

(2) On-site teaching. By studying the practice of grass-roots party building and community governance in advanced areas and fully drawing lessons from experience and achievements, it provides a new path for accelerating the modernization of grass-roots party building and community governance in our city;

(3) Forum communication.
