At the central level, the Political Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ninth Prosecutor's Office and the National Prosecutor's College can jointly organize the training of vice presidents of the rule of law, or take the initiative to solicit opinions from the Ministry of Education, organize demonstration joint training, sum up experience on the basis of practice, and promote the training of vice presidents of the rule of law nationwide.

(2) The training form should serve the training needs and continuously deepen action learning.

The form of training can be embedded in special courses, special courses can be set up, and various courses such as experience sharing, discussion and exchange, teaching demonstration, publicity and evaluation, simulation of appeals Committee meetings and so on can be introduced. We should also make full use of resources, carry out online and offline mixed teaching, deepen the flip classroom and action learning, and emphasize peer learning, group research, expert guidance and feedback cycle.

(3) The training content is systematic, targeted and innovative.

1. Improve the systematization of training. Coordinate the design of training modules, strengthen political literacy and policy interpretation ability, consolidate basic business knowledge, enhance practical ability, especially carry out publicity and education on the rule of law, supervise the implementation of "1", promote the prevention of juvenile delinquency, and help establish and improve the campus safety prevention and control mechanism.

2. Strengthen the pertinence of training. First, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, find out whether the vice president of rule of law in this training is newly hired or experienced, what his position is, and how he received training in the past, so as to determine the breadth and depth of the training; The second is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, to understand what puzzles students have during this period and what guidance they hope to get, so as to set topics such as lectures, seminars, scenario simulations, and questions and answers.

Third, effect-oriented, teachers should focus on inviting experts who have both theory and practice in this field and have a certain right to speak, play the dual role of training and meeting, avoid training "air-to-air" and ensure the effectiveness of learning and research results.

3. Innovate and cultivate compound ability. Pay attention to cultivating communication and coordination ability, and be more knowledgeable in supporting the rule of law and creating a better campus and surrounding environment; At the same time, as a "cross-border" talent of justice and education, the cultivation of compound ability is particularly important. The knowledge and skills of pedagogy, psychology, law, sociology, management and other disciplines are an indispensable part of the training of vice presidents of the rule of law.
