I am doing training in an enterprise. Here is a simple training process.

1。 Collect training requirements and confirm the list of trainers.

First collect their training needs, see what daily English they mainly need, and get the corresponding information from the supervisors or managers of these trainers.

2。 Contact the relevant training consulting company.

After that, find relevant training institutions, which can give you corresponding solutions, customize courses and choose teachers. Finally, sign a contract with the consulting company.

3。 Preparation before the start of training

Before the training begins, notify the participants of the training place, time and matters needing attention.

4。 After training

After the course, do a course review to see what needs to be improved next time. Go deeper, and then you can follow the colleges and check their daily use.
