Today, I am honored to meet you at gongyi city No.1 Experimental Primary School. Military training for students is an important way to educate students in national defense and cultivate patriotic consciousness, which makes full preparations for the construction of high-quality soldiers in China's national defense reserve forces. At the same time, it is also a way to train students' strong will and hard-working spirit. In order to successfully complete the glorious mission entrusted to us by our superiors and live up to the ardent expectations of our school leaders, I would like to take this opportunity to express the following determination to all leaders, teachers and students on behalf of all military training instructors of Huawei in Henan:

First, strictly abide by the relevant requirements of military training and the school's governance regulations, obey the management of military training camps, and achieve "consistency inside and outside the camp and consistent leadership."

Second, always maintain a good military posture, be strict with yourself, and ask students to do well first and set an example.

The third is to take "achieving results and seeing results" as the foundation of military training, and carry out scientific training, flexible group training and civilized military training in strict accordance with the military training plan.
