Shenyang Gong Li University was formerly the Industrial College of the Military Industry Department of the Northeast Military Region, which was founded in 1948. 1960 shenyang ligong university was founded, and it was renamed as Shenyang Gong Li University with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004.
20 10 Liaoning Provincial People's Government signed an agreement with China Ordnance Equipment Group and China Ordnance Industry Group to jointly build Shenyang Gong Li University.
