Special operations personnel shall participate in necessary safety training and pass the examination before applying for the reexamination or postponement of the reexamination of the operation certificate of special operations. According to the regulations, the time of this kind of safety training shall not be less than 8 hours. The main training contents include laws and regulations, standards, accident cases and knowledge of new technologies, new technologies and new equipment. However, for special operations in coal mines, the safety training time for re-examination is higher, not less than 24 hours.

In addition, the special operation certificate needs to be renewed once every six years and reviewed once every three years. Under the condition of meeting the relevant requirements, if it meets the operating requirements of safety technical specifications and the requirements of safety education and training for four consecutive years, and there are no bad records such as illegal operation or management, no accidents, etc., the issuing department will allow the re-inspection and affix the re-inspection qualified seal on the certificate.

Holders need to review every 3 or 6 years, as follows:

1) special operation certificate, which needs to be reviewed once every three years;

2) During the validity period of the certificate, the holder has been engaged in this work continuously for more than 10 years, and the holder can re-examine it once every 6 years after being examined and approved by the local issuing authority.

2. Review materials

The holder shall file an application for reexamination with the local issuing authority within 60 days before the reexamination period, and provide materials, including health certificates issued by community or medical institutions at or above the county level, safety training and examination records, special operations, etc.

3. Review training

The holder shall attend safety training and pass the examination before applying for re-examination, and the training time shall not be less than 8 hours.

Special types of work of emergency management bureau (issued by former safety supervision bureau):

Low-voltage electrician certificate, high-voltage electrician certificate, power cable operation, relay protection operation, electrical test operation, welding certificate, refrigeration certificate, climbing certificate and hazardous chemicals certificate.

According to the national regulations, the validity period of the special operation certificate is 6 years, the preliminary examination is conducted every 3 years, and the certificate is renewed every 6 years. Review, review and update must be repeated in three years. Women can use it at the age of 55, and men can use it at the age of 60! The overdue unaudited certificate is invalid, official website has no audit record, and the state does not recognize it.

Re-examination needs to be declared 2-3 months before the re-examination date, and renewal needs to be declared 2-3 months before the effective date. Re-examination and update only need theoretical examination, not practical training-level examination. If you continue to engage in special industries, it is illegal to work without a license, so you can only re-apply!
