Declaration process

Enterprises and training institutions use the existing training platform, and develop training courses that meet the needs of enterprises by means of computer PC, mobile APP cloud classroom and handheld micro-classroom.

Enterprises or training institutions will register students through relevant materials registered in real-name registration system;

The mail is sent to the local public employment and talent service center, which will register with the real name registration system;

Enterprises apply for training programs through Quanzhou vocational skills improvement service management platform;

The Human Resources Department or the competent department of the industry shall review the training plan and conduct relevant training after the plan is passed.
