What works and what doesn't? For me, so many teachers' lectures are all wealth and priceless. Can they be measured by utilitarianism? Anything, once utilitarian, troubles will be on the top! During the training, I stayed up late to explore the topic, showed the training plan to experts for the first time, and happened to participate in the quality class competition of rural primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou. Growth is inseparable from reading. In the era of reading for all, I believe everyone knows the importance of reading better than I do. Why study? Reading is a long "spiritual cultivation" project, and it is also the best way for a person to practice. It enriches and deepens the existence of life by influencing the mind. Life without reading is unfortunate, and time without reading is sad. The great educator Suhomlinski said: "The way to make children smart is not to make up lessons or increase homework, but to read, read and read again." Think about every time we assign homework, if we can turn copying homework into reading homework, students will benefit a lot!
