In view of the increasing workload of Chinese pharmacy, in order to strengthen the management of Chinese medicine system and optimize the personnel structure of our department, a deputy section chief is added in Chinese pharmacy;

In order to further reflect the fairness and justice of work treatment, extra window risk funds are given to the staff of Chinese pharmacy and decocting center. The contract and treatment of personnel employed in pharmacy department have been completely solved. After coordination with the hospital, the work contract was renewed in time for the staff to be hired in our department, and at the same time, the employees were given equal pay for equal work, which achieved the goal of "giving full play to their talents" and further mobilized the enterprising spirit and work enthusiasm of employees.

In the past year's work, the service level and business volume of pharmacy department are rising constantly, and the overall development momentum is good. The progress and achievements are obvious to all. However, there are still many shortcomings in our work, such as: the professional quality of personnel needs to be further improved, the service attitude needs to be further improved, and the abnormal communication skills with patients need to be improved; The development of clinical medication guidance needs further comprehensive and in-depth development; Coordination and communication between departments need to be strengthened, and so on.

In view of the existing shortcomings, look forward to the coming year and determine the focus of future work:

First, clinical medication guidance, strengthening clinical intervention,

Second, the establishment of vein preparation center: vein preparation is completed by vein preparation center, which reduces the risk of blood transfusion pollution, avoids the potential harm of cytotoxic drugs and antibiotics to configuration personnel, optimizes the use of existing personnel and improves clinical work efficiency.

Second, the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations: Our hospital is a hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, relying on the platform of many famous old Chinese medicine practitioners to explore traditional Chinese medicine preparations with good curative effect and high safety. After sorting out the prescriptions and agreeing on them, I gradually developed my own traditional Chinese medicine preparation.

3. Training and introducing talents: To provide high-level and all-round pharmaceutical services, high-quality pharmaceutical talents are needed, on-the-job training is implemented, and the combination of training existing talents and introducing talents is adopted.

Four, the courage to forge ahead to carry out scientific research work, scientific research work will focus on clinical needs, scientific research projects should come from the clinic and can fully serve the clinic.

Fifth, participate in academic exchanges: in order to better contact with new knowledge and new concepts, we expect the hospital to regularly approve us to participate in technical exchanges and master new knowledge of pharmaceutical affairs management.
