TWI was introduced to Japan by Japanese national industries in 1950, and was established in 1955 with the investment of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Labor and the Japan Federation of Economic Organizations. Twi is a subsidiary organization of Japan Federation of Economic Organizations, which is mainly engaged in training lecturers and researching and developing methods for training managers in enterprises. After its establishment, MTP, TWI, CCS and other courses were introduced from the United States.
TWI mainly includes:
Work instruction (Ji)- enables grass-roots supervisors to use effective procedures to clearly teach their subordinates how to work, so that subordinates can quickly receive correct and complete technologies or instructions;
Work improvement (JM)- enables the grass-roots supervisors to think about the problems and deficiencies in the field work with reasonable procedures and put forward improvement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work;
Working relationship (JR)-enables grass-roots supervisors to establish good interpersonal relationships with subordinates in peacetime, and when subordinates have interpersonal or psychological problems, they can calmly analyze and solve them reasonably.
Job Safety (JS)—— The countermeasures and methods for grass-roots supervisors to learn how to prevent similar disasters and accidents from happening again.
TWI is a mature, simple, practical and effective course, which can help enterprises to establish processes, implement management and grow steadily.
