Chapter 9 of the Law Enforcement Specification for Traffic Police on Road Duty stipulates as follows:
Article 65 Traffic police should make good arrangements in advance and report to 1 10 when they meet people who fall within the scope of the work rules for receiving and handling police. Article 66 When a traffic policeman encounters an emergency call for help that is beyond the scope of his duties, but may endanger public safety, national property safety and people's lives and property safety, he should do a good job in advance, report to the superior and notify the relevant departments or units to send personnel to the scene for disposal. The relevant departments or units can give necessary assistance when handling it.
Article 67 When a traffic policeman encounters non-emergency help beyond the scope of his duties, he shall inform the helper to seek help from the competent department or unit, and give necessary explanations as appropriate.
Article 68 If the traffic police do not accept complaints from the masses when directing and diverting traffic, they shall be told to complain to the relevant departments or institutions.
Vehicle management office: responsible for motor vehicle safety technical inspection, registration, license issuance, transfer of ownership, transfer of registration, transfer of ownership, etc. Responsible for the issuance and renewal of motor vehicle driver's license, and responsible for the examination of motor vehicle drivers' subjects one, two, three and four.

Science and technology facilities management section: responsible for the development of science and technology projects and the management and maintenance of science and technology facilities in the city's traffic police departments.
Mobile patrol brigade: responsible for patrolling the city's roads, correcting traffic violations, maintaining traffic order, handling emergencies and cooperating with security work.
Team 1 and Team 2: Responsible for the management of road traffic order within the jurisdiction, supervise and guide the squadrons in the jurisdiction to carry out their work and deal with traffic accidents of medium or above.
Traffic squadron: patrol and monitor the road surface, check and correct all kinds of traffic violations, publicize relevant traffic laws and regulations to the masses, and maintain traffic order. Simple procedures are applied to deal with minor traffic accidents, and squadrons in some areas are also responsible for the annual inspection of drivers.
