The civil servant interview is an examination activity designed by the organizer, which takes the examiner's face-to-face conversation and observation of the candidates as the main means, and evaluates the candidates' knowledge, ability, morality and other related qualities from the outside to the inside in a specific scene. The most commonly used forms are structured interviews and leaderless group discussions.
Candidates are advised to adopt the following three strategies:
First of all, relax. As candidates, when faced with the examiner's "questioning", don't be nervous, let alone afraid, and try to calm yourself down. Because sometimes the examiner's questions are virtually examining the psychological quality of candidates, which is also the key content that affects the interview results of candidates. Usually, people always think of the bad first. Once questioned by the examiner, they will suddenly get nervous and even forget their previous thoughts, leaving their minds blank and at a loss. But in fact, the examiner's question is to select outstanding talents with all-round development as much as possible. From a certain point of view, it is the examiner's concern and love for the candidates. Candidates will not only lose points, but also have the opportunity to increase their scores as long as they think seriously and respond calmly.
Second, humbly cooperate with the examiner's questions to avoid unnecessary loss of points. We found that when the examiner asks questions, some candidates will look blank and even answer "I have nothing to add" without thinking; Some candidates are absent-minded, and they will answer irrelevant questions and digress when answering questions; There is also a class of candidates who are different from the first two. They want to take the opportunity to express themselves and talk big in questioning, thinking that they can get the approval of the examiner. Unexpectedly, they caused the examiner's disgust. The coping styles of the above three candidates are unreasonable. The correct way to deal with it is to cooperate with the examiner in attitude and continue to answer the questions according to the requirements of the examiner, but don't change your mind easily when answering questions, think carefully and then answer them seriously.
Third, candidates should not only exercise their ability to speak in public, but also learn to think for 20 seconds before answering questions, and quickly list the answer outline on paper, so that no matter how the examiner asks, they can calmly deal with the main points on the outline.
