There are two stages in our school. The first stage is the diagnosis class. Do not assess teachers, but grasp the real teaching situation of our school as a whole, collect the overall information of classroom teaching in our town, and adjust the requirements and orientation of classroom teaching.

Members of the school team take the lead in class, with no less than 2-3 class hours per week. When they are free, they will enter the classroom. After listening, they will organize lecturers to comment. If the class is wrong with people, of course, it will carry forward a little, focus on analyzing shortcomings and deficiencies, and instruct the guidance office to take the discovered sexual problems as the theme of school-based research and find ways to solve them.

In the second stage, we pushed the door and listened to the class for examination. We formed eight assessment teams with team members, guidance office staff and some key teachers as the main body, and conducted a round of classroom teaching assessment quantification for all teachers in the town. Each team member scores the teaching situation of the teacher according to the classroom teaching evaluation form of each subject. After the class, the team leader collects the evaluation form and submits it to the guidance office for accounting and filing, and this quantitative score accounts for 50% of the total score of the teacher's lesson preparation.
