Is it easy to find a job by teaching yourself JAVA?
Let me talk about my experience.

1, graduated from university this year. I have a bachelor's degree (either a key undergraduate or an ordinary undergraduate).

After graduating from college, the first problem is to find a job.

I have interviewed many companies.

A, the first company is from Changzhou. This company is a small one. There is no interview, and the company recruits people with java project experience, but I just graduated from college, where did I get the project experience?

B, the second company is a Japanese company in Wuxi. They did hire me (they trained me for free), but I didn't go in the end because their salary was relatively low (2000+), and maybe my heart was relatively high (the expected salary might be relatively high).

C, later, I interviewed many companies, (all of which had relatively low salaries at the beginning, 3000+), and also broke the contract and lost 2000.

D by chance, I interviewed a foreign company, passed three rounds of interviews slowly, and finally signed a contract. The company needs to train employees, and it takes 6 months (free training) to train employees, and then 70% of the probability can be converted into regular employees (full salary of 5000). I made a firm decision. After a long period of training, I will stay in this company if I am not brushed off.

4. I summed it up. Now small businesses are looking for experienced people because they have no money to train new people. Some big companies are really willing to recruit new people, but the starting salary is very low. There are still few opportunities for high wages, so you need to grasp them yourself. )

5, I think, can't think too high, sometimes it really depends on yourself. (where is your own value. )

If I were in Shanghai and Beijing, my salary would naturally be higher. I am in a small city.

7. If you want to switch to the java industry, to be honest, there are too many people doing java now. I am now engaged in android development.

8. How to put it in java? Getting started is simple, but it's really difficult to master. (Few people are proficient)

9. Without java experience, the salary may be worse. At first it was a net.

10, if you work hard enough, your salary will double in the future.

1 1, education is just a stepping stone to find a job after graduation from college. Going to the company depends on experience and eating ability (some are related).

To learn java well, many things are linked together. Net.
