120 summary of first aid work

Time flies, another year has passed! This is my fifth year in the hospital. I have witnessed the changes in the hospital here. What remains unchanged is the seriousness of work. Think back to what you have gained through a year's hard work! Pass the intermediate title examination; The first person to take part in the pre-hospital first aid work on 120, who has been trained in pre-hospital first aid for more than five months; Furthermore, in Chaoyang District 120 Pre-hospital Skills Competition, our station won the first total score; Then I participated in the selection of community backbone talents in Chaoyang District and was shortlisted. In the first half of the year, I worked in Nanhu East Park and Center, shouldering the responsibilities of chronic disease construction, follow-up, verification, TCM physical examination, physical examination of the elderly, overtime work in the hospital in the morning, physical examination of company employees, and overtime work in community diagnosis. During my work in Dongyuan, I have been responsible for the quality of outpatient medical records, emergency medical records and home visits. Chaoyang district first aid training for one month. The following is a brief introduction to the work of our station 120:

120' s pre-hospital first aid work is full of tension, sweat, excitement and wisdom, which requires not only courage, but also skilled skills, good communication, keen judgment and excellent team to complete. In more than five months, our car group received more than 500 task orders, all of which were completed safely. The work involves women and children's acute and critical diseases at home and abroad, such as traffic accidents, falls, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies (myocardial infarction, ventricular fibrillation, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, aortic dissection aneurysm), pediatric emergencies, dyspnea, drunkenness, fighting injuries, sudden death, labor, hysteria (respiratory alkalosis), and transportation of critically ill patients. It's really a touching cold winter day. I have a deep memory in transporting patients with myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular fibrillation, children with congenital tetralogy of Fallot, causes of asphyxia in children to be investigated, adult dyspnea and apnea, rupture of fetal membranes in pregnant women (labor), vaginal bleeding, and major traffic accidents. Among them, electric defibrillation was performed for 3 times, tracheal intubation was performed for 2 times, tracheal needle puncture 1 time, fracture fixation1time, and life support for severe craniocerebral trauma was performed for 2 times. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was effective, and many critically ill patients were successfully treated! Enthusiastic service has been well received by every family member of 120 staff! Never leave the scene. This is the solemn mission of Beijing 120. Fear and fear are of no use to work. Only when you have experienced danger can you have an experience. Although I am very tired, I still feel very gratified to see that the patient has been treated. Our work was not in vain, and our efforts were not in vain. Suddenly, it's still very fulfilling!

120 overtime is a common thing, and the hardest thing is the night shift, which means 15, 16 hours every morning, and one trip at most 13. I can't sleep all night, chasing work by phone. What is even more pitiful is that at 7: 50 the next day, a telephone order politely said, Huajiadi, please take a trip to Dongba Olympic Garden. An old man fell down and went there. This is just the tip of the iceberg. After receiving the call, you must leave the car within 100 second, complete the task within 90 minutes, turn on your personal mobile phone 24 hours to make emergency preparations (call to check the communication from time to time), have a good rest, and arrange major activities for the day. First-aid drills, training, exams and first-aid knowledge lectures are unconditionally carried out during the break. In short, high-intensity work is not guaranteed, and no one raises overtime pay during breaks. Although the pay is far from the income, we have no complaints because of the shortage of medical staff in 120, which is also for the implementation of community first aid for patients in Chaoyang District. Why!

Every time we leave the car, the whole team actively assists in moving and gets praise and thanks from our families. But I sprained my waist and wrist many times and had to go to the physiotherapy department for treatment at night. Every time I got off the bus, I hurried back to continue writing medical records and posting treatment sheets, because I always bowed my head and often had a neck pain. Thanks to my colleague Xiao Fei's help in pasting the treatment list, I always feel busy as soon as I get to work. Receiving orders, recording time (time of receiving tasks, sending cars, leaving the scene, arriving at the hospital, and completing tasks), calling to ask about the illness, bringing equipment upstairs, asking about the medical history, physical examination, auxiliary examination, analyzing and judging the illness, doctor's advice, description of the illness, moving and lifting the patient to the flat car, treating, sending the patient to the hospital department, and signing the handover form by the hospital doctor or nurse. I feel dry eyes and tired after work! Perhaps only the people involved can understand the bitterness.

In hot summer, sweat soaked the back of clothes; Autumn rainstorm, soaked with flesh and blood, sneezed a few times and went to the scene with a smile; The cold wind in winter, I believe everyone has feelings, colds and fever are always with us, and comrades are persistent. I remember coughing violently at night. I really can't catch it. No one can replace it. I had no choice but to ask the leader for a sick day. After being approved, I shed tears with confidence, and my colleagues understood me and comforted me, feeling as warm as relatives! I want to thank my team members. I am honored to be in the same boat with you. This is our wonderful memory and the most precious wealth in my life! At the same time, thank you for your understanding, support and condolences to our work!

In nearly a month, I will have completed the six-month pre-hospital emergency work of 120, and I will return to work in the hospital again. The experience and experience accumulated in the past six months will be of great help to my future work and life. I remember that during my work in the center, I was praised by the director and supervisor of the center many times because of my seriousness and proficiency. These are all affirmation and encouragement to me. I will continue to maintain this working attitude, unite my colleagues, and * * * will contribute to the hospital's safe medical care and satisfactory service!
