China Vocational Training Technical Guidance Center was established in 1998, and co-located with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is a directly affiliated institution, responsible for the technical guidance of national employment and vocational training, as well as the technical guidance and organization and implementation of vocational skill appraisal.

Certificate advantage

1. One of the three first-class national certificates.

There are three kinds of certificates stipulated in the Vocational Education Law: diploma, vocational appraisal certificate and vocational training certificate (CETTIC). The diploma is issued by the Ministry of Education, and the vocational appraisal certificate and vocational training certificate are issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Certificate of Vocational Training (CETTIC) is issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security-China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center.

2. The national vocational qualification certificate has national authority and legal guarantee.
