1. Training goal of surveyors: Through intermediate technical theory training, students should have professional theoretical knowledge and professional skills that surveyors should have to meet the requirements of the post.
3) Training target: relevant personnel with high school or technical secondary school education or interested in this profession. Third, the surveyor training assessment:
4) Examination time: twice a year, in May and 1 1 month. The specific examination time shall be subject to the notice of the Construction Committee.
5) Learning method: part-time study, with unlimited total hours. (The specific time is subject to the class schedule)
Four, surveyor job responsibilities:
1, to understand the design intent, learn to check the drawings, understand the construction deployment, and formulate the survey and setting-out plan.
2, in conjunction with the construction unit of red line pile survey control points on-the-spot calibration.
3. Cooperate closely with the design and construction, make full preparations in advance, and formulate a feasible survey and setting-out scheme synchronized with the construction.
4. Pay-off and inspection shall be done in all stages and main parts of the whole construction process, and the audit of measuring and setting-off scheme and the guidance and inspection of measuring and setting-off work shall be strengthened to avoid rework.
5, line inspection work should take the initiative. Line inspection should start with the review of survey and setting-out plan, and put forward preventive requirements for survey and setting-out work before construction in each major stage, so as to truly nip in the bud.
6, responsible for vertical observation, settlement observation, and record the observation results (data and curve).
7, responsible for timely sorting out and improving the baseline review, measurement records and other measurement data.
Five, the surveyor learning content:
1, surveyor's basic knowledge of building structure, building mechanics, building materials, building drawing structure, and building construction organization design foundation.
2. The surveyor's professional knowledge includes precision measurement, angle measurement, distance measurement, linear orientation, basic knowledge of measurement error, community control measurement, mapping and application of large-scale topographic map, construction measurement, completion measurement and building deformation observation.
