Curriculum ideas are basically in accordance with tian teacher's classroom ideas and framework:

After introducing the three concepts of teaching, I will tell you about the three carriages that promote change, and then let my friends discuss the relationship between their biggest change in the past and the three carriages with the method of 3 153.

On Sunday afternoon, 12. 17 brought a half-day communication course to the friends of Shanxi HR Elite Exchange: "Effective communication starts from the heart". In fact, I have talked about the communication course 10 many times in the enterprise, and this time it is only a half-day abridged version, which should not be difficult. But this time I decided to challenge the five-star teaching full version and completely subvert my previous teaching methods. Speaking of it, yesterday was a familiar person, and everyone was very proud. Then this training has nearly 40 participants, most of whom don't know each other. This is really a challenge. But in the end, it proves that the construction of the classroom is worth your persistence and practice.

Tell me about my curriculum philosophy:

1 Introduce yourself first, combined with Zhi Tao's 4+ 1 method, and after taking everyone's signature, write your name in the middle and draw four circles, which are about your hometown, occupation, your mood today and your understanding of communication. Then introduce each other and let everyone guess four paintings. This round of atmosphere begins to heat up. Finally, the team leader was elected by throwing a name tag, which ushered in the first small climax. It tells about the grading rules (this is the first time I use Teacher Tian's ABC grading rules, but I dare not use them because I always lack confidence).

Module 1: communicate effectively and start over. Ask everyone what communication is, and let a few friends raise their hands to speak and grade. This round found that everyone's participation is good, and the learning atmosphere in this community is still relatively good. Then I will tell you the definition of communication by several big coffees and the investigation of actual workplace communication by several consulting companies. Then I used a self-created model SCQR to let you tell stories of communication confusion, and 3 153 selected each group of the most representative stories of communication confusion. All groups share it, and there are really small partners who can tell stories. Hurry up and issue the first A+ on the spot.

After sharing, it led to my understanding of communication confusion-because everyone lives in a window, I introduced the Johari window to everyone (the difference between this knowledge point explanation and the previous one is that my interpretation of the case is more vivid, which stems from the recognition and strengthening of imaginative children in the last class).

After the lecture, it was the biggest change of this class and a bold attempt. Let all friends directly use the knowledge of Joe Harry's window to solve problems for the friends they just shared. In this process, I found that in fact, many students' communication confusion has been solved by more than half, and one of them has a particularly profound understanding of Johari Windows, so he quickly issued the first A++ in this field.

The second module: communication with laughter starts from the heart, which is the main part of my previous course. But by this time, more than half of the time has passed. But it doesn't matter. We use the iceberg theory+questioning to draw people's attention to the emotional brain and the real reasons behind the key conversations. We tell you how to win in key conversations from three parts. We use three stories and three case exercises to show you the content of the second module. It's really because there is no time behind. In fact, the complete part is to use the content learned in the second module to do a situational exercise for the previous case to really test what everyone has learned. Let me comment. But unfortunately, there is not enough time to do this part. The last few golden sentences summed up the day's course.

At the end of the course, as usual, some students thanked them for their learning today. However, this time, I feel that everyone has really gained something, and this kind of gain is related to their own minds.

Finally, the curriculum resumed: today's constructivist classroom has a deeper feeling. Because the process is self-created, it is also uneasy at first. But in fact, it is found that proper warm-up and necessary push words can really make adults who have been immersed in cognitive teaching method quickly integrate into the active constructivism classroom and truly integrate into it. You find that the brain wisdom stimulated is really beyond imagination. This has strengthened my determination and confidence in practicing constructivism. I hope to go with my brothers and sisters.
