I. Registration conditions

(1) is over 18 years old;

(2) Being in good health and meeting the special requirements of the type of operation applied for;

(3) Having an educational background suitable for the type of work to be engaged in;

(4) Have corresponding knowledge and technology of safety technology;

(five) meet other requirements stipulated in the safety technical specifications.

The specific conditions of operators shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant safety technical specifications.
