Although I have no experience in this field, after thinking, I think we can consider the following aspects:
First, goal orientation. Guide them to think for themselves, what is the purpose of work. After giving some guidance, let them set their own goals, such as becoming proficient in business within a few months and becoming an independent business backbone within a few years;
Second, explain the theme and culture of the enterprise to them, so that they can truly identify with the culture of their own enterprise;
Three, in the business process, industry information, market development and other aspects of regular presentations, and encourage them to accumulate more relevant knowledge through television, newspapers, Internet and other means. You can also organize some discussions to understand their ideas and then give targeted guidance;
Fourth, care about them, understand them and give them a sense of belonging.
Generally speaking, I think staff training should not only pay attention to the knowledge you impart to new employees, but also pay attention to the feedback from employees, so as to achieve better results. Otherwise, it is likely to be useless and even have the opposite effect.
That's all. Thank you.
