First, on-site collection

The certificate is issued by making an online appointment first and then collecting it on site. The appointment method and requirements are as follows:

Candidates fill in the relevant mailing information as required. After the application is submitted successfully, our center will arrange the certificate mailing service within 7 working days.

Specific mailing precautions are as follows:

1. Mailing cost: cash on delivery, subject to the actual cost according to different addresses.

2. If the certificate is lost in the process of sending, candidates can negotiate with the courier company according to the relevant regulations of courier service, and our center will not bear joint liability.
