Enterprise employees who participate in new apprentice training and technician training and obtain vocational qualification certificates shall be given subsidies for individual employees or enterprises' vocational training.

Enterprises affected by the COVID-19 epidemic will organize employees to participate in online and offline training during the shutdown and recovery period, which will be included in the scope of training subsidies according to regulations.

1. Enterprises applying for job skills training, technician training and new apprentice training subsidies shall provide the human resources and social security department with tax invoices issued by training institutions. Enterprises should report the training plan, trainer roster and a copy of the labor contract to the local human resources and social security department for the record before carrying out technician training or new apprentice training.

2. After being audited by the human resources and social security department, the training subsidy or living allowance funds applied by individuals shall be paid to the applicant's own social security card bank account or personal credit account according to regulations; Enterprises and training institutions that apply for or directly supplement training subsidy funds of training institutions shall pay them to the bank accounts of enterprises and training institutions.
