Guizhou Post and Telecommunications School, founded in 1958, is the only secondary vocational school in the province that specializes in training communication technology talents. Guiyang Urban and Rural Construction School is located in Zhongshan West Road in the center of Guiyang, adjacent to the Flower Orchard Shopping Plaza and Wetland Park.
