I. Basic information of the community
Our community is located at the southeast end of the county, west of Alele Street and east of Bostam Street. There are 990 households with 2805 people in the jurisdiction, which are composed of Han, Kazak, Uygur, Mongolian, Hui and other ethnic groups. 46 people in party member and 5 people in party member were laid off and unemployed. Jurisdiction * * * unit 12, including 9 administrative institutions and 3 enterprises.
There are 320 poor and low-income residents in this area, a total of 705 people. Community neighborhood Committee staff 14, 9 with college education or above.
Second, the development of community work
(1) It is necessary to study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Xinjiang Work Forum, the Fifth and Sixth County Party Committee Meetings of the Tenth Central Committee, and strive to improve the political theory level and work efficiency of community cadres in combination with community business study and community work practice, so as to lay a good foundation for better serving the masses.
(2) In order to enhance residents' employment and entrepreneurship ability, various vocational skills training and entrepreneurship training were actively carried out, and the number of trainees exceeded 120, which improved the employment level of residents.
(3) Seriously investigate the entrepreneurial situation of laid-off workers and college graduates, actively coordinate and handle small secured loans, and issue 270,000 yuan 12 people.
(4) Unemployed in the area under the jurisdiction of community organizations, the number of labor export and job introduction reached 34, and the employment assistance fund was 4,000 yuan, which promoted the employment of unemployed people.
(5) Establish and improve the working system of "5-2-2-2", the responsibility system of first inquiry, the system of appointment service and the system of accountability, so that the community can be attended and received for 365 days, achieving all-weather service and uninterrupted work, which greatly creates convenient conditions for the people in the jurisdiction to handle affairs.

Third, improve people's livelihood and serve the people.
20xx is the year of people's livelihood. Doing a good job in people's livelihood is an important embodiment of various service functions of the community. On the one hand, it is conducive to strengthening residents' trust in the community, on the other hand, it is more conducive to laying a good foundation for the future work of the community.
(1) With the help of the Disabled Persons' Federation, we have done a good job in providing services for the disabled, distributed relief funds of 5 1 10,000 yuan and distributed more than 800 chickens 1, which helped the disabled to find jobs.
(2) It was the director who actively took the lead in entering households, helped poor and destitute households in time, and distributed 4,500 yuan of assistance, which placed jobs for three zero-employment families and effectively improved their economic life.
The fourth is to fully implement the working mechanism of the four knowing, four cleaning and four meetings.
(a), is to actively grasp the social conditions and public opinion, the area cadres often visit, home, comprehensively strengthen the understanding of the life of residents in this area, so as to enter, understand, manage, solve and warm the hearts of thousands of families. In the assessment of the town government, three of our community cadres scored 100, which played a very good starting role for other community cadres and should maintain this good momentum in the future.
Fifth, strengthen education and management in party member, and improve the position role of grass-roots party organizations and the vanguard and exemplary role of party member cadres.

Three general party membership meeting meetings were held in the community, and three community representatives were elected according to the quota allocation plan for the general election of the town party committee, which contributed to the smooth completion of the general election of the town party committee.
(2) Among the 46 party member residents in the community, 28 comrades party member are tunnel leaders (corridor leaders), accounting for more than 90% of the total number of tunnel leaders. They keep abreast of all kinds of information and hot issues of the people within their jurisdiction, solve the most needed problems of the people in time through the local community party branches, care for the poor groups, give play to the advanced exemplary role of party member cadres, and improve the prestige of grassroots party organizations.

(a), to "Neighborhood Festival" activities as the carrier, held a wealth of cultural activities, cake making competitions, group observation and other cultural activities. Before the Spring Festival, a three-day "Welcome the Spring Festival, Sing Unity" neighborhood festival was held. Through a series of activities, neighborhood relations have been enhanced, national unity has been enhanced, and good conditions have been created for promoting community harmony.
(2) On the occasion of March 8th International Women's Day, the March 8th Red Flag Bearer and Good Daughter-in-law were selected and commended, and a forum was held to exchange feelings, which further enriched the cultural life of residents.
(3) Organized residents to watch the first anniversary performance of the Central Xinjiang Work Forum, which strengthened residents' understanding of the Party's principles and policies. Strengthened their confidence in the future development of Xinjiang.
(4) It is the Dragon Boat Festival that enhances the feelings and friendship of people of all ethnic groups and has been praised by superior leaders for many times.
This year's creative task is very heavy, and the workload in the second half of the year will definitely be even greater. We deeply feel that the burden on our shoulders is heavy, and the hopes of the masses and the demands of our superiors are pushing us forward. However, we will persevere, give full play to the role of the party organization as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of party member, vigorously promote the town's key work such as town appearance construction, community construction, environmental sanitation and improvement of people's livelihood, improve the living environment, improve people's quality of life, maintain long-term social stability in the community, and make greater efforts to build a harmonious community.
