I. identity of auxiliary police officers
According to the development of social security situation and the actual needs of public security work, police auxiliary personnel are non-people police personnel who are openly recruited for the society and provide auxiliary support for the daily operation and police activities of public security organs.

Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the people of China, support the people's constitution of China, support the leadership and socialist system of the China * * * production party, and abide by laws, regulations and social ethics;
2. Aged from 18 to 35 (1986-born on September 30, 2004);
3. (two) under the same conditions, give priority to the following personnel:
1. Survivors of martyrs, soldiers and policemen who died in the line of duty;
2. Retired soldiers and rescuers who have withdrawn from the national comprehensive fire rescue team;
3. Be a hero, a model and an advanced individual;
4. Graduates from police or political and legal colleges;
5. Personnel with professional qualifications and special skills required for the post;
6. Other preferential employment situations stipulated by the state and the province.
(3) It is not applicable under any of the following circumstances:
1. I was expelled from China * * Party membership, expelled from China * * Communist Youth League membership, expelled from school during higher education, expelled from public office or dismissed by government agencies and institutions, and my labor contract was terminated;
2. During his service in the army, he was severely recorded in the party or given a serious warning;
3. Having been subjected to criminal punishment or suspected of violating the law;

Four. Recruitment principles and procedures
This recruitment follows the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based" and adopts the methods of unified organization, open recruitment, voluntary registration and examination selection. On the basis of examination and investigation, recruitment is conducted in accordance with the procedures of online registration and preliminary qualification examination, written examination, physical fitness test, interview, physical examination, investigation and publicity.

This recruitment of police assistants adopts the way of online registration. The registration procedure includes three links: online submission of registration information, registration confirmation and printing of admission ticket. The specific requirements are as follows:

3. The preliminary examination of online registration qualification will be automatically checked by the system immediately, mainly to check whether the information provided by the applicants is complete and the format is correct, and the authenticity and accuracy of the information will not be checked for the time being. Once the registration application is saved successfully, it will be the preliminary examination of the registration qualification. Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination can no longer modify any application information.
4. The application information submitted by the applicant shall be comprehensive, true, accurate and effective. Before the interview, conduct on-site qualification examination for those who have participated in the interview. Those who fail the qualification examination shall not participate in the interview. All consequences arising from the applicant's misrepresentation, concealment or false declaration information shall be borne by the applicant himself.
5. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, if the applicant is found to be inconsistent with the recruitment qualification or fraudulent, his qualification will be cancelled and his violation will be dealt with according to the regulations.
(2) Registration confirmation
Applicants can log in to the registration system to check the preliminary qualification examination results. The time for preliminary qualification examination is from 9:00 on June/KOOC-0/0 to before 7: 00 on June/KOOC-0/7, 2022.
(3) Print the admission ticket

Sixth, written test

Seven, physical fitness test

Eight, interview
(1) Among those who have passed the physical fitness test, the interviewer shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of positions 1:2 according to the order of written test scores from high to low. Those who fail to reach the ratio of 1:2 will be interviewed according to the actual number of people.
(2) The interview was conducted in a structured way, mainly testing the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required to perform the job responsibilities, with a full score of 100. Candidates who enter the interview must log on to the registration website before the interview and participate in the interview qualification confirmation according to the requirements of the interview qualification confirmation notice.
(3) When the interview qualification is confirmed, submit the original and photocopy of my household registration book, valid ID card and graduation certificate, each with 1 copy. Retired soldiers must also submit their discharge certificates and copies of 1, and college education or above must be submitted to the online verification report of the Ministry of Education (Xue Xin. (six) the total score of the exam
Total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%
The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places.

Nine, physical examination
(a) according to the order of the total test scores from high to low, according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1.2, determine the participants and issue a medical examination notice.
(two) the time, place and related requirements of the medical examination shall be notified together with the announcement of the total score of the medical examination. Participants in the medical examination shall, in accordance with the time, place and relevant requirements of the notice, bring their valid ID card, admission ticket and medical examination notice. Those who lack documents or fail to arrive at the meeting place of medical examination within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination automatically.
(3) The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the relevant provisions of the civil service physical examination, and the expenses for this physical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
(4) The medical examination results are published through the registration website. Those who fail the physical examination cannot be determined as candidates for investigation. Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination shall be filled in the order from high score to low score.
X. investigation
(a) according to the number of recruitment positions, according to the order of the total test scores from high to low, the equal number of candidates are determined.
