With the army, I came to the Education Hotel of the Employment Guidance Center and started a five-day vocational ability development training. This training is also called quality training, which means that profound quality training has inspired me a lot.
The first day's quality and ability development training consists of two high-altitude events and ground events respectively. The first high-altitude event is called self-jumping. Each student jumps forward on an eight-meter-high post and grabs the horizontal bar. Through this project, I can realize my own shortcomings. For me, just having the courage to jump forward is an improvement. The second high-altitude project is called lofty mission. Every student walked across the uneven bridge alone. Although the road ahead is unknown and bumpy, as long as they go forward bravely, they will definitely pass. The first ground event is called Adversity * * *. Two teams compete, and two teammates finish it every time. One? Blind? One of my classmates is carrying another? Inconvenient legs and feet? Students complete the task through the command of their classmates and obstacle calculation. This game tests the trust between two partners. You can't take shortcuts, you can only take it step by step. The second ground event is that the blind people get into the water and the two teams compete. Each team can only send one person blindfolded to get water, and the teammate will take command. This project tests the teamwork ability between teams. What moved me most was the graduation wall, a four-meter-high wall, a class, a group and a team. How great it is, I deeply realized what a team is.
The next day is career exploration. It was taught by the teacher of * * Agricultural University. On this day, the teacher analyzed various factors that affect the employment of college students, such as economy, politics and culture. Career orientation helps me to know about myself and employment, and I am deeply touched by the games and examples. I finally know what I want to study, what career I want to be, how to work hard and how to achieve it. In fact, what matters is not whether you can do it or not, but whether you want to do it or not. I firmly believe in my faith. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
On the third day, I made and revised my resume. Teacher Wang Zhiyu told us how to make a resume in a unique way, told us that only a resume that meets the job requirements is a good resume, and let me know how important a resume is. On behalf of me, he wrote down my traces of four years. He is a stepping stone to my successful job search.
On the fourth day, we discussed the professional ability. Teacher Zhao discusses cooperation in groups, which can better cultivate our cooperation ability, let us know and accept new knowledge and concepts in the form of thinking, and give full play to our active learning ability. Let's learn more about our abilities and ourselves through the method of achievement memory. We have too many shortcomings, such as artistic expression and self-control. Many people need to study by themselves, plan their own lives and pave their own way. The road ahead will be bumpy, and it will be difficult for a disabled person to reach the finish line. Therefore, we should seek medical advice first, and only a sound self can compete in the vast sea of people and stand out.
The fifth day is a mock interview. Teachers conduct interviews by simulating Agamemnon Company. From the first stage of submitting resumes, they have a minute to introduce themselves, make up stories, and talk and discuss without leading groups. These links are eliminated layer by layer. In the future, the interview in reality is like this. This is how discussions are conducted without a leading group. The most important interview skill is empathy. Through the mock interview, I personally realized the interview process and the problems that should be paid attention to in the interview. The interview is not? A debate? You can't have obvious disputes with the examiner. Can't use it when talking to the examiner? You guys? , but use? we? 、? Our company? 、? Your company? Call each other. There is no need to argue and defend with the examiner when you encounter a question that you can't. You can honestly admit that you can make up for this deficiency in the future. Different opinions are allowed in the discussion without a leading group, and they can be raised, and reservations can be raised when appropriate. Strong people must grasp the degree.
As a senior student who is about to enter the society, it is of great significance for me to attend such training in the last period of campus life. This training laid a solid foundation for my better integration into society and better employment in the future. The six-day training will soon be over. Looking back on the past six days, I suddenly found that I have gained a lot: in these six days, I have gained many friends, many friends who I can't contact on campus.
