Before obtaining a driver's license, students can go to training institutions to participate in training. After the trainees have reached the training time and aviation experience required by the license or grade, they can take the examination at the examination point designated by the Civil Aviation Administration.

Students applying for driving license within sight must meet the following conditions at the same time

1) At least 16 years old.

2) No criminal record within three years.

3) Have a junior high school education or above.

To apply for an over-the-horizon driver's license, students must meet the following conditions at the same time

1) At least 16 years old.

2) No criminal record within five years.

3) Have a junior high school education or above.
