Exam overview:
The pilot system of unified national outline, unified proposition and unified organization shall be jointly organized and implemented by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction. In principle, the exam is held once a year.
The Ministry of Construction is responsible for compiling the outline of the first-class construction engineer qualification examination and organizing the proposition work, and uniformly planning the construction engineer qualification training and other related work.
The Ministry of Personnel is responsible for examining and approving the subjects, outlines and examination questions of the first-class constructor qualification examination, and organizing the implementation of the examination; In conjunction with the Ministry of Construction, inspect, supervise, guide and determine the qualification standards for the examination work.
