Central enterprises and provincial enterprises can also directly organize registration. The above-mentioned departments shall submit the application form of relevant personnel in duplicate to the provincial enterprise training and examination center after accepting the grassroots registration, so as to arrange the examination and issue certificates. Registration is not limited by time, and registration can be organized at any time. (2) Organize training. After registration, applicants should participate in the training organized by cities, departments and enterprises in accordance with the unified curriculum outline of the province. The training time of enterprise trainers is 40 hours. Training teachers must pass the qualification examination in the province. (3) Take training exams and do homework. After the training, the applicant can take the qualification examination or write practical work. The examination of basic knowledge is conducted in the form of standardized papers uniformly printed by Shandong Enterprise Training and Examination Center. Training practice is carried out in the form of written training practice that is in line with the actual situation, which is consistent with the whole process of training activities. The applicant should complete the training practice within 2 months after attending the training, and submit it to the Shandong Enterprise Training and Examination Center to organize relevant experts for review. (four) the organization, management and division of labor of enterprise trainer training and qualification certification in Shandong Province are carried out under the unified leadership of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission and the Provincial Department of Education. Provincial Vocational Education Office is responsible for the formulation of professional standards and certificate management. Shandong Enterprise Training and Examination Center is responsible for compiling examination syllabus, training materials and organizing training examinations. Under the premise of unified syllabus, unified curriculum, unified teaching materials and unified examination, regions, industries and large enterprises with conditions are encouraged to organize training of trainers by themselves.
