Dongda is a gilded place, which is a bit unrealistic! Some of my friends worked in Neusoft, and later they all went to Beijing or the south to develop. Neusoft has a low salary and always works overtime. Actually, it's nothing, just to make you spend some time and not let you go. Northeastern University graduate students usually practice their skills by interviewing Neusoft, and most of them will not sign contracts. Many people go to Neusoft just as a springboard, because Neusoft always has government projects, and there may be opportunities for exercise! If you want to develop in software, you must first strengthen your own strength, don't be too tired, and only when you have the ability can you have a chance to speak in the company. Secondly, you should take a long view, of course, you can't aim too high, and the IT employment environment in Northeast China is still not good.
