Purple potato bubble tea
Material formula:
Purple potato 1, milk 220g+30g, sugar 20g, black tea 1, pearl 1 spoon, purified water 100ml.
Production method:
1, washing purple potato, peeling, slicing, and steaming in a steamer;
2. Mash the steamed purple sweet potato while it is hot, add 20g of white sugar and 30g of milk, and stir until the purple sweet potato is fine;
3. Soak the black tea bag in 100ml boiling water;
4. Cook the pearls and add them to the soaked black tea;
5. Wrap the purple potato paste around the cup with a spoon, and then pour in the finished tea.
