Fried spicy chicken wings
Ingredients: nine chicken wings, 50g black pepper, salt 10g, two spoonfuls of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, two eggs, 200g of raw flour, 200g of cooking oil, 5g of Chili powder, 5g of cumin powder, 5g of salt and pepper.

1, wash in time, dry the water, cut several knives on both sides of the chicken wings, add pepper, soy sauce, salt and cooking wine and marinate for one hour.
2, the eggs are beaten into egg liquid, and the chicken wings are stained with egg liquid on both sides.
3. Wrap a layer of starch.
4. Pour oil into the pot, and add chicken wings when the oil temperature is 70% hot.
5. Fry on low heat until the surface is slightly burnt, and fry chicken wings for 6 to 7 minutes.
6. When the oil is hot, pour in the chicken wings and fry for one minute.
7. Remove the drained oil and sprinkle with Chili powder, cumin powder and salt and pepper.
Tip: The most common mistake in frying chicken wings is that they are easy to fry, because we are always afraid that the chicken wings are not cooked. In fact, this kind of broiler is very easy to cook, and it will take about 5 or 6 minutes to fry at medium oil temperature.
