Do on-the-job courses belong to academic education?
Statement: According to the document (2013) No.36 of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and Ministry of Education, the original "on-the-job postgraduate course" was renamed as "course seminar" from 20 14, and the process and requirements for on-the-job personnel to apply for master's degree remained unchanged.

According to the national regulations, the on-the-job course seminar does not have full-time study experience in school and does not belong to academic education. So after graduation, there is only a certificate of completion+a master's degree certificate, and there is no diploma.

However, the master's degree certificate obtained from the course seminar has the same legal effect as the master's degree certificate obtained from the unified recruitment of graduate students, and can also be used for promotion, salary increase, evaluation of professional titles, etc.

China Renmin University has a comprehensive curriculum, involving economics and finance, law, statistics, psychology, business management, human resources, sociology, public management, political diplomacy, foreign languages and so on.
