Aiming at the problem of higher vocational talents training of mice tourism specialty, the teaching mode of "segmented module project" is put forward. The main content of this teaching mode is to adopt a step-by-step teaching method, adhere to the teaching principle of competency-based, and modularize the professional abilities (basic ability, core ability and expansion ability) corresponding to specific majors; The corresponding curriculum system (including core courses, main courses and auxiliary courses) is built around the vocational ability module, equipped with double-qualified teachers and experimental training bases, effective curriculum project development is carried out, curriculum quality standards and assessment methods are improved and optimized, and project-based teaching with work-integrated learning is implemented to ensure the realization of vocational (ability) training objectives. This paper emphasizes the gradual and serial cultivation of exhibition service ability (basic ability), exhibition planning and marketing ability (core ability) and exhibition tourism management ability (expansion ability) of exhibition tourism specialty.

First, the exhibition tourism professional training of higher vocational talents

MICE tourism is a rising sunrise industry, which urgently needs a large number of applied high-skilled talents such as exhibition planning, exhibition marketing and exhibition designers. MICE tourism major in higher vocational colleges is a new major in our country in this century. The post ability analysis, talent training target orientation and talent training scheme of this major, especially the innovation of teaching mode, are topics worthy of in-depth study.

The talent training mode of combining work with study in higher vocational education is an educational and teaching mode that focuses on cultivating students' comprehensive professional quality, professional ability and employment competitiveness, and utilizes two different and closely related educational environments and educational resources of schools and enterprises to cultivate advanced technical applied talents to meet the needs of production, construction, management and service. The innovation of work-study combination teaching mode for MICE tourism specialty is a complex systematic project. On the basis of comprehensive and in-depth study and understanding of the spirit of the Eighth Document of the Central Committee. Ministry of Education [2006] 16, combined with the actual needs of MICE tourism professional training, applied the basic laws and principles of higher vocational education, actively explored bold innovation, scientific verification, summary and promotion, and initially put forward the "segmented module project" teaching mode.

By grouping and diverting modules, combining movable teaching forms, improving and optimizing course quality standards and assessment methods, and implementing project-based teaching of work-study combination, the goal of professional (ability) training is ensured.

We think that the basic ability of MICE tourism specialty is MICE reception ability, the core ability is MICE marketing planning ability, and the expanding ability is MICE management and MICE tourism design ability. The core course corresponding to the exhibition reception ability is "Exhibition Service Project Tutorial", and the main courses are "Hotel Service" and "Exhibition Reception"; The corresponding module projects include art troupe, exhibition etiquette team, Hangzhou exhibition reception service, Yiwu exhibition reception service and so on. The core courses of exhibition marketing planning ability are exhibition marketing practice and exhibition planning practice, and the main courses are exhibition copywriting, exhibition advertising, exhibition tourism, exhibition investment promotion and exhibitors. The corresponding module projects include charming tourism exhibition, industrial exhibition center, Jinhua exhibition investment promotion, Jinhua exhibition planning and marketing, etc. The core courses of exhibition tourism design ability are exhibition management information system and exhibition tourism design, and the main courses are conference management, exhibition venue management and exhibition graphic design. The author thinks that the three-year system of MICE tourism major in higher vocational colleges should cultivate basic ability in the first year, core ability in the second year and expansion ability in the third year. This arrangement follows the principle of "step by step", at the same time, it also takes into account the imbalance of students' individual development, gives more development space to students with strong ability, and is conducive to realizing the goal of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude".

Through the teaching method of combining work with study, we can deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and realize the cultivation of professional ability. Teachers are familiar with the basic laws of teaching and students' cognitive level and psychological characteristics, while enterprise technical experts with industry background master the new technologies, new methods, new processes, new standards, new regulations and operational procedures in the production line. The teaching team composed of these two complementary disciplines undertakes the tasks of curriculum development, textbook construction and teaching, ensuring the combination of work and study. Establish and cultivate a double-qualified teaching team, directly integrate enterprise experts as part-time teachers into the course project development and teaching process, and build a high-quality course teaching team. For example, the manager of investment promotion department of Yiwu Mall Exhibition Company (exhibition investment promotion), the manager of outreach planning department (exhibition planning practice) and the manager of reception department (exhibition service project tutorial); Manager, Exhibition Design Department, Yiwu Hu Mei International Exhibition Center (Exhibition Design). After more than ten years' exploration, the cooperative modes such as directional enrollment, order training, flexible teaching, target training, tuition subsidy and employment agreement have been established successively, and the management mode of "two-way selection and tripartite agreement" has been implemented, and the systematic cooperative modes such as "school-enterprise cooperation and joint training" have been expanded.

Directional enrollment, order training. Joint enterprises take advantage of the radiation effect of well-known enterprises to participate in independent enrollment in the name of enterprises, which can effectively expand the publicity effect and ensure the quality of enrollment. Both schools and enterprises jointly formulate and implement teaching plans to cultivate professionals who meet the needs of the industry.

Flexible teaching and target training. Cooperate with Hangzhou Red Star Culture Hotel, Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel and other enterprises, organize students to carry out intensive training, and actively participate in the reception services of the 7th China Art Festival in Hangzhou, China Film Festival, International Slow Festival, 2008 Olympic Games (Qingdao Sailing Race) and other major festivals.

Tuition assistance, employment by agreement. Cooperation and joint training between hospitals and associations. In view of the fact that the number of internship posts is small and scattered, combined with the needs of MICE tourism specialty, we should unite trade associations such as MICE Association and Travel Agency Association to build a benign interaction mechanism for long-term cooperation between enterprises and internship groups, and create a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation of "joint training of college associations".

After determining the topic of teaching materials, on the basis of deepening school-enterprise cooperation, we should organize relevant professional teachers to form a double-qualified teaching team and a textbook writing team, design and plan the textbook writing scheme according to the curriculum standards, and carry out task division and cooperation. The second is to innovate teaching mode and build characteristic teaching materials. Thirdly, the ways to improve the social service and radiation ability of MICE tourism specialty.

The service and radiation ability is a symbolic demonstration of the professional construction level, which mainly includes the national technical service level and influence in professional construction, innovation of education and teaching mode, development and construction of school-enterprise curriculum materials, technological innovation and scientific research achievements, and personnel training. Therefore, it is our unremitting pursuit to actively innovate the teaching mode of MICE tourism specialty, optimize the talent training scheme, persist in deepening the development of curriculum projects according to local conditions, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers and students, and continuously improve the professional service and radiation ability.

In order to improve the service and radiation ability, we must improve the double-qualified teachers and management level. The key lies in creating a good assessment and incentive mechanism, and the core lies in the construction of campus culture. It is necessary to improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, actively encourage professional teachers to closely contact enterprises, pay attention to solving practical problems, and develop professional and technical service capabilities. Major exhibition projects and training projects are not only an excellent opportunity to improve teachers' level, but also an important platform to improve service radiation ability. We need to take the initiative to participate in every possible way and try our best to make a difference.

Actively participate in the national large-scale academic conference "The Fifth Ecotourism Forum of China and the Symposium on Healthy Ecological Industry of Wuyi Hot Springs". Only by participating in all aspects, such as planning meetings, drafting plans, implementing operations, receiving meetings, and expanding effects, can we effectively improve our meeting management level. We actively participate in the planning, design and marketing of regional exhibitions, such as Jinhua Industrial Science and Technology Fair, Jinhua Industrial Exhibition Center, Jinhua Ham Culture Museum and other major exhibition projects. Only in this way can we establish the regional position of MICE tourism specialty in China. We cooperated with Yiwu International Exhibition Company to actively carry out practical and effective professional and technical training services, and trained a large number of excellent exhibition planners, exhibition marketers and exhibition designers for the emerging exhibition tourism industry in China.

Fourth, the construction of teaching quality management and evaluation system for MICE tourism specialty

The design of teaching quality management system must meet the needs of the reform and innovation of the teaching mode of combining work with study. The core content of teaching management includes two aspects, namely, improving teachers' vocational teaching ability and cultivating students' vocational skills. Teachers' professional teaching ability includes: the formation of teachers' teaching team, the construction of curriculum base and project development, the construction of school-based teaching materials, the innovation of teaching mode, scientific research and teaching achievements; The cultivation of students' vocational skills includes: the participation of course project teaching, the display of vocational skills and the certification of teaching results.

The author thinks that the teacher evaluation system is designed as three first-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators. The first-level indicators are professional construction, management engineering and service radiation. Specialty construction includes nine secondary indicators, such as specialty characteristic construction, teaching mode innovation, teaching team construction, practice base construction, curriculum project development, textbook construction innovation, practice teaching innovation, teaching quality improvement and educational scientific and technological achievements. The management items include five secondary indicators: the work of the head teacher, the construction of college culture, the innovation of enrollment and employment, the guidance of community work and the standard of daily management. Service radiation includes cooperation mode creation, training and further study, professional training programs, income-generating project expansion, income-generating contribution growth, etc.

The methods and means of assessment are also very important, mainly including: teaching norms, separation of teaching and examination, democratic assessment, in addition to the declaration of bonus items and the certification of assessment leading group. Adhere to the principle of "external recognition" (reward) plus point confirmation and error investigation, gradually open the level, reward the excellent and punish the poor, reward the diligent and punish the lazy, ensure the smooth operation of the "segmented module project" teaching mode, and comprehensively promote the improvement of education and teaching quality.
