First of all, teachers themselves must be mentally healthy people.
Through the first-line teaching experience, I deeply realized that teachers' own mental health directly affects the people around them. Without mental health, we can't correctly understand students' behavior and skillfully handle students' problems, which may affect the relationship between teachers and students and hurt students' hearts. Therefore, in order to better educate students, teachers themselves must first be mentally healthy people.
Fundamentally speaking, teachers' mental health must be maintained by themselves. An excellent teacher should be able to handle the relationship between two aspects-paying attention to students' mental health and their own mental health. A good teacher can bear a lot of pressure when needed, but don't let yourself be under pressure all the time, which will damage your body and mind and affect your normal work and life. As a teacher, only by constantly improving their comprehensive quality, constantly learning and mastering new knowledge, adapting to new teaching concepts as soon as possible, mastering new teaching methods and meeting new teaching requirements, can they seek new development and truly have a sense of psychological security. Teachers constantly accept new knowledge and broaden their horizons, which can also make them look at problems from a higher angle, treat unsatisfactory things in life and work with a more peaceful attitude, and experience less anxiety and frustration, which is of great significance to maintaining mental health.
A conscientious teacher is very hard and needs rest and relaxation. Being an "omnipotent" educator is really tiring. Therefore, teachers can try to recharge their batteries during the holidays, such as: learning to be a traveler and recording the beautiful things in life with film; Learn to be a gourmet and a chef while tasting delicious food. New work experience can not only relax teachers, but also broaden their horizons and increase their knowledge. Teachers can bring the experience and positive emotions gained from other work experiences to education, so as to better promote education.
Second, always pay attention to the psychological counseling of special students.
Teachers' bounden duty is to teach and educate people, and they should try their best to treat problem students. What should they do when they encounter problems? It is necessary to make full use of the role of class collectives, strengthen group counseling for students' psychology in a relaxed and equal class atmosphere, and give full play to the collective psychological counseling role of class team activity classes through the form of theme class meetings. According to the characteristics of special students, focus on the theme of group counseling. For example, self-confidence education and adolescent education. By means of lectures, cognition, operation, performance, role-playing and behavior training, the intrinsic motivation of students' active participation is stimulated and understood in activities. Through a series of group psychological counseling activities, not only did all students gain knowledge about mental health, but also the distance between classmates and teachers and students was narrowed, and the relationship between teachers and students was harmonious.
While considering the general psychological laws of students, we should also help individual psychological problems exposed by individual students. In the individual counseling of students, on the one hand, through the part-time psychological teacher in the psychological counseling room, on the other hand, through individual heart-to-heart counseling. Through the psychological consultation box set up by the school, we can get through the psychological channels of teachers and students, understand the students' real thoughts in time, and help students solve their psychological confusion.
