2. The enterprise shall review the preparation materials to the human resources and social security department. If the application materials are complete, it shall be accepted; Incomplete materials will not be accepted, and materials that need to be supplemented will be informed at one time;
3. The staff of the human resources and social security department will conduct a preliminary examination of the materials and hand them over to the responsible department for on-site verification;
