I went to enterprise training in the past two years and found a very good phenomenon. Enterprises pay more and more attention to the training of middle-level cadres, and the training courses for middle-level cadres in some enterprises are not satisfied with 1 or 2 days, but extended to a series of courses. Some are 6 days, some are 10 days, and so on. Among them, the topics involve employee counseling and motivation, goal setting and plan implementation, middle management skills training, effective communication, work management, personnel management and so on.
It is gratifying to see that enterprises attach so much importance to the training of middle-level cadres, because the execution of middle-level cadres will be a very key factor after the strategy is correct. At the same time, I am also thinking, middle-level cadre training involves so many topics, the order of middle-level management training, how to arrange it better?
There are majors, but in terms of training, enterprises are often not very professional. At present, some excellent training institutions have appeared in China (Zhong Xu). With their assistance, enterprises have the opportunity to design relatively reasonable training programs, but sometimes enterprises do not fully trust training institutions. I see that the training programs designed by some enterprises themselves are unreasonable. Here's what I think:
The overall order should be: role understanding-management mentality-management skills.
The order of management skills should be: the panorama of management skills-talk about skills in detail.
Specifically, the general order is: the role cognition of managers-the mentality that managers should have-the panorama of management skills-the details of sub-skills.
Suggestions include: goal setting and plan implementation-employee training and motivation-application of effective communication and coordination in management-effective control and implementation, and so on. Because the order of management skills in management science is also eight words "plan, organize, lead and control".
