Know the problems you will encounter.

What problems did you encounter when you were young?

First, the academic qualifications will not be very high, and neither will the big manufacturers.

Second, it is not easy for small factory owners to trust you. It is generally believed that young people are easily distracted, like to play and like to fall in love.

Third, if you don't have previous work experience, few teachers are willing to teach you unless it matters.

Figure out what you should do. Is it acceptable to become a basically qualified mechanic in three years?

I suppose an inexperienced person wants to be a maintenance master of injection molding machines.

It is important to find a factory that is not too big, because there is no shortcut to study in a big factory.

If there are three shifts (very important), because you have to study after work, if there is a shift of 12 hours, there is basically no time.

1, first worked as an injection molding machine production worker for more than half a year. This process can communicate with the mechanic in the factory, which makes people feel that you are diligent, open-minded and self-motivated.

2. At the same time, you can do it yourself and pay attention to the relevant knowledge of injection molding machines. You can read books, surf the Internet and ask about machine maintenance, but don't do it yourself. This is a no-no!

Mix with the mechanic in your spare time, or help him do some simple work, such as screwing screws. Occasionally ask something about technology during the process, but remember, don't do it yourself unless the mechanic approves and teaches you!

4, in the process of work, go to the primary electrician training class, at the same time learn locksmith knowledge. What does the fitter study? Application of various tools, safety knowledge, basic knowledge of machinery, mold structure principle, etc. You can also learn some special tools, such as electric welding, wind welding, sub-arc welding, overhead crane and so on. These are all required by major manufacturers to hold relevant certificates.

After meeting the above conditions (if you are diligent, half a year is enough), you can apply to be a mechanic's waiter.

What to study? You can learn anything. Ask if you have something, ask if you don't understand. Learn injection molding technology, material characteristics, color matching, waste disposal, and learn everything you can. Don't be afraid of being dirty and tired. That's how the master who directs others' work behind their backs comes from.

Learn from the master for a year. It's hard to say whether it's slow or not. Some basic skills need to be learned. If you want to have greater development, you can consider jumping ship at this time. Because the nature of work in small factories is limited and what they can learn is limited, it is necessary to study in different places.
