5. Have corresponding safety technical knowledge and skills; (If not, you need to be trained first)
6. Meet other requirements specified in the safety technical specifications.
Second, the forklift license
Forklift license, also known as forklift special operation license and forklift driver's license, is a work license that forklift operators must hold. Previously, this work permit was issued by the Safety Supervision Bureau, and forklift drivers were transferred to the Quality Supervision Bureau for examination and certification on 20 17.
Forklift is mainly used to replace manpower to carry heavy objects, which has the characteristics of heavy vehicle, slow speed, simple operation, basically no blind area in driving vision and relatively closed range of activities. Forklift trucks are short in body, with rear wheels turning, and travel at a slow speed (generally less than 20km), and generally travel in the wild. The development of all walks of life is inseparable from logistics, and forklift is an important helper of logistics. Forklift drivers are very easy to find jobs and have a good and stable working environment, so learning to drive a forklift is a good choice. Learn the skills of driving a forklift;
1. Forward movement of goods: When the vehicle is driving in front of the goods, press the clutch to make the forward gear in neutral position, then release the clutch and control the lifting rod to lift to a proper position. Then step on the clutch to hang the forward gear, and gently release the clutch, and the vehicle will move forward slowly with the lifting rod, and be adjusted and inserted into the middle of the bottom of the goods. Step on the clutch to release the neutral position to control the tilt lever to rise to a suitable height, and step on the clutch to engage the reverse gear to drive smoothly.
2. Release the goods: the vehicle runs in the direction of the goods, and the clutch is slow.
When you arrive, step on the brake to stop, shift the gear to neutral, slowly lower the fork to control the tilt lever to be flat, and step on the clutch to put it back.
3. Parking the forklift: When the forklift is in the parking position, step on the clutch to make it in neutral, put the fork at the bottom, pull the handbrake and turn off the forklift.

Article 21 The operation certificate for special operations shall be reviewed once every three years.
Special operators who have been engaged in this type of work continuously for more than 10 years within the validity period of the special operation certificate, and strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations on production safety, may extend the review time of the special operation certificate to every 6 years 1 time with the consent of the original assessment and certification authority or the assessment and certification authority of their unit.
Article 22 If the special operation certificate needs to be reviewed, the applicant or the unit where the applicant belongs shall, within 60 days before the expiration of the validity period, apply to the original examination and certification authority or the examination and certification authority where the applicant works, and submit the following materials:
(1) A health certificate issued by a community or medical institution at or above the county level;
(2) engaging in special operations;
(3) Records of passing the safety training examination.
If it is necessary to extend the renewal of the special operation certificate at the expiration of the validity period, it shall apply for an extension of review in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
